Very satisfying experience! Sal contacted me very promptly and quickly followed through with a repairman and the paperwork needed by my building. MIKE the repairman was prompt (he contacted me before arriving), neat, and experienced with my Viking refridgerator/freezer and, based on my initial description, had with him the part needed to repair the problem of the clogged drain system. The job took some time and it required patience and competence, and Mike was great. He also cleaned the condenser (which had never been cleaned….). I have a 90 day warranty on the part and the workmanship. Mike told me the cost of $490 once he looked at the situation and I agreed before he began the work. VERY satisfied with this repair, Mike the repairman, and the company.

We had a great experience with Sal's company. He replied to our request for a quote right away, and we had a technician visit scheduled for a week later (he had offered the next day, but we were the ones who needed a few more days). The technician arrived on time and about 30 minutes later our freezer was fixed. They offered a 90 day guarantee on the work and the parts. We're very pleased and would hire them again.

Saul and Mike were excellent. We had a leaky oven, requested a quote, and within minutes I was on the phone with Saul discussing the issue and scheduling. Saul was very thorough and provided all the relevant information for the visit. Mike was the technician and he was extremely professional. In light of the covid situation, Mike came well prepared; tools, replacement parts, face mask, and shoe booty! From start to end, the process was professional and efficient. I will definitively hire them again!

Excellent! Mike arrived very quickly, diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes and fixed it in 30 minutes. We were in a jam on a Saturday morning. These guys not only picked up the call but also had technicians out within a few hours of the call (exactly on time). The quote was fair, the two technicians were professional and job was done in under an hour (they had the required parts). Extremely satisfied customer.

Fridge is working again. Mike and Alex cleaned the condensing coils and replaced the defrost control unit. Then they cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful, efficient and hard-working.

It was excellent service provided by John Uzakov, who came on 2 days. He was very professional, mannerly, exactly on time for both appts. He provided one part, and had to order the second part which came exactly as promised for the second appt. I was exceptionally pleased with the service, and my frig is working fine now. No negative comments at all.
