I am surprised to read that you were unable to get through to us when you tried to call about the discount; we have full-time customer service staff available from M-Sat 8am - 6pm. Verizon was on strike last week however and we did go through some periods when the phone line was off so I do apologize for this. Did you leave a message? It's clear to me that the staff there really cares about the customer and they sent someone out the next day that was right on target. Nothing is ever perfect, but this provider was pretty close. I'm sold, going to have them in monthly from here on out.
