Beware of this service. Do not use. They do not take responsibility for damage done & you end up incurring costs to repair yourself. It is an agency and while most agencies have insurance to cover damage to clients. We reached out following our move our clean immediately (within the next day) that the cleaning person had not only used a substance that stripped the chrome finish on the range unit but they had tried to use something that scratched the surface even more. I offered suggestions how to remediate the issue such as purchasing the new panel...but stress the importance of remediating the damage created during the cleaning. They gave me the run around for the past week asking me to fill out a form then another form when today they replied: Thank you for your patience while we looked into this. We spoke with the cleaner regarding this claim and we do not believe the cleaner would have caused this. Our cleaners are equipped with a standard cleaning kit that includes: a duster, dust pan, flat mop Swiffer, microfiber towels, magic erasers, sponges, all-purpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner, disinfectant, and glass cleaner. All of our cleaning products are non-abrasive. The cleaner said she used dish soap and her sponge to clean the stove. Best, — Kim Cleaning Success Agent | MyClean

The cleaning wasn't great. I ordered the service for my tenant. However, the tenant has to spend 6 hours for making additional efforts to redo the job. "We went through 3 rolls of paper towels and everything we wiped was black from dirt. I hope you can get some of your money back because I honestly have no idea what they did for the time they were in the apartment. There was still maple syrup spills in the fridge". After raising the issue to the customer services team, they don't even look into the issue in details, and reply with the email right away in less than 3 mins by saying they can't do anything. Not even considering and hearing further about the issue.

Our cleaners are trained to ask about areas of focus and get to work. That said, some cleaners are certainly more talkative than others, and we are happy to pair you with a cleaner who puts her head down and works. We already had a note to this effect in our system. 2. I am sorry your replacement cleaner did not work out. She had done well initially, but became disenchanted with her job, and that resulted in the poor performance you experienced. When this happens, we always guarantee satisfaction, and will be happy to send a cleaner back to address any concerns. 3. Our cleaners are provided a cleaning budget, but are not required to finish cleans under that budget. Rather, it is an estimate that allows us to set a schedule (so our cleaners will not be late to later cleans). If you found that your clean was consistently going over budget, we may wish to consider additional time to make sure there is enough time to meet your needs. 4. Further to the above, our cleaners receive schedules with estimated budgets, and gaps in their schedules that allow them to travel from clean to clean. However, if a clean takes longer than expected, or there is a transit delay (we see that you live in the Bronx), cleaners may be late from time to time. Customer service on the phone was excellent from set up ( I believe it was Matt or Mike) to follow-up (Dan).   However, the first clean did not go well.  I was preparing a 4 bd/2.5 bath home for its next owners and I was out of town.  After the cleaning was supposed to be done, My broker and friend reported back to me that the floors did not look like they had been cleaned.  Also, my doors were left unlocked, and one was even cracked open.  I replied back to a courtesy feedback e-mail sent by Dan and he set up for another cleaner to come do the job again at no charge.   Although I wasn't happy with the first clean, the second clean turned out fine and I was happy with the customer service.   Because of the limited supplies that MyClean brings, it wasn't the ideal service for an almost empty apartment that didn't have the usual cleaning supplies around.   I might try this company again if I was still in the area and just needed a maintenance clean done.

We use to have them come every other week but now we have them come once a week.  I like that they work with a company which is like a more centralized and that way you have people who are accountable if there are any issues.  They are generally pretty professional.  They are clear cut.  They are good at getting back to you.

I don't think that they are very good but their customer service is top notch. They don't have to come back and do something again. My apartment gets professionally cleaned every 2 weeks and my cleaning lady was just on vacation so I had them come in. So they didn't really have like a big job to do but things are not thorough and so they have to send them back to fix it which is really inconvenient. The quality of their cleaning people is not great but they have good customer service. There were things that were not dusted and it was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a curtain rod in my house that had pulled out of the wall a little bit and there was like some plaster dusts on the floor that they didn't get out. It was like they didn't get up so it wasn't like I was going around with the light glove. It just needed to be vacuumed in that corner and they didn't done that and maybe they didn't dusted on top of the refrigerator and mostly just dusting stuff where you just feel like people are not being thorough. Two of them came and I was here. I feel like they must hire untrained cleaning people to be able to offer these deals and when they have those deals they send those people out to do the jobs. I would assume they were trying to use it as a promotion for offering the keep service. My impression is that they hire people and pay them very little to go out and do these jobs because they can make so much money off of the group-on. They are pretty average as far as my experience in hiring random people through companies. I pretty much find all of those companies pretty unsatisfactory. As a cleaning company they seemed to try to do the best they can but then their employees are a different matter. The people that worked there are not so well trained or gets educated.

It went well - I particularly liked the checklist the individual cleaning lady was provided to make sure the cleaning was done in a standardized manner. Having said that, I was not totally blown away by speed or quality - but it was certainly solid!

I told the service provider that I wanted one cleaner on a consistent basis. Why?  The training is not uniform and once I found a cleaner, I wanted to keep her service since she would know my apartment.
1. I have been using the service for a number of months now yet have only seen one check list.
2. The standard for cleaning the kitchen floor seems to be to use as much cleaning product as possible and let it dry.  On my marble floor, this is an awful result because as soon as you walk on the floor, you see footprints.  I have had to ask each cleaner to clean the floor with clear water before leaving. This means that every time a new cleaner comes over, I have to train them to do this.
3. I prefer to use my own supplies since Mrs. Meyers' scent is too strong for me, often leaving me sneezing and with a headache. Again, this is a process I have to go through anytime a new cleaner comes over.
4. I have had cleaners that have not cleaned the counter top, that have listened to music so loudly that they were not aware that items they put in front of the door when crashing down when I returned home, etc.
I recently made arrangements for a cleaner to access my apartment while I was away.  The appointment was confirmed the day before and then the day of, I got a note saying my regular cleaner was not available (supposedly, she took a day off), which meant that this new cleaner would not be able to get into my apartment. 
This was so frustrating and sadly, it has happened too many times for it to be coincidence.  Despite my standing appointment with the same cleaner for the reasons listed above, they changed her, yet again.  To me this means they really don't value my patronage. 
Sending new cleaners, who may or may not have spotty experience, means I have to supervise. This is not a good use of my time.

Using the website it is an easy process to get a quote for cleaning, booth one off and regular. Th worker comes regularly now and does a great job with cleaning, coping with a lot of cat hair and is very trustworthy.

When I got the deal, it was perfectly fine but honestly, it’s just much too expensive. I had them come a couple of times after and when you have them come and they say on their website that they are not strict about the hours but the job couldn’t get finished in the time they have said. They don’t estimate how long the jobs take well. I knew that my house was fairly dirty but I have a 2 bedroom apartment so I listed it as a 2 bedroom apartment and I didn’t have them even do the 2nd bedroom like I closed the door and I said this should work out. So it would a one bedroom apartment but I am paying for 2 bedroom apartment and even that, they didn’t get things done because they underestimate the time that everything is going to take. For regular ongoing service, it’s still expensive but it’s nice because of the convenience to be able to book it whenever you want and just book it online. The price of the Big Deal was great. Some of the cleaners were better than others. They have a great system setup but I don’t think they have their cleaners have the same speed and the same level of experience. Their responsiveness is online and super-fast. They were very professional.

Everything went okay. The cleaner did a good job but not spectacular but she was very nice. She stayed until she was finished with the medium clean and she made sure I was satisfied. She was thorough during the appointment and the price was good.

I thought everything was good until i heard from a person who saw the helper that they said.
It's so messy here.  So much work to do.
I've bought this because i made a mess after going to several trips and my studio was a mess.
knowing that fact i've purchased a cleaning for 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen.
for hours that would be spent to do 2 bedroom she was cleaning studio.
and i had to hear a complaining. i believe that was not professional.
it was clean and i was happy until few day later, i hear the cleaning person complained. and that how can i be so messy that even a paid cleaning person would complain.
i have not used this company after and i would not recommend them

Excellent experience - on time, professional, friendly. I thought I did a good job cleaning my own apartment, but it was sparkling after they left. They managed to remove grease on the kitchen ceiling fan that I thought was permanent. I have already scheduled the next appointment.
