Matthew Keegan is very talented but sometimes, it is difficult getting in touch with him.

We were at the end of our rope on our problem. We had Time Warner Cable in twice without success. Matt ran some tests and was able to trace to a mis-cabling to the router. He then tested all the devices in the house before declaring the issue resolved.
