Imperial Moving and Storage

The worst experience with a company I have ever had. Every touch point with personnel was painful. The sales people give low estimates then the movers on the job try to scam higher fees and extra costs. They tried to scam my wife when they arrived at my new home for delivery by telling her she had to pay them cash on the spot before they would move our stuff into the house. She was scared to be around them to the point where I had to leave work to go to the house and confront them. Which is funny because as soon as I got there their whole demeanor changed. Just a terribly run business with horrible service and slimy people working for them. Stay far away. Use anyone else.

Outstanding job, both moving out and back in, for an apartment renovation. Not an item broken, and incredibly efficient team. On the move-out to storage, particular kudos to Arpad (the kitchen packer) and Doctor, the team leader. Many thanks for handling this arduous task in a completely professional way.

I hired 2 movers from Imperial Movers. Timely manner and quality of service would have gone a lot smoother if they would have sent 2 fully experienced guys. The driver was awesome. He knew what to do and was training his assistant. The assistant was very inexperience and slowed down the process with all his questions. Otherwise, the company is great and very affordable in comparrison with other moving companies.

Very efficient ... satisfied with their work

I had to facilitate my move from a different state (due to Covid issues) which made the logistics a bit more complicated. They were accommodating and helpful through the whole process. They took excellent care of my things and, for the most part, were great at communicating.

It was good service. They were on time, did everything in a timely manner, there were no damages per se and no hidden charges. I will call them in the future and would recommend to all that I know.

Amazing moving service. Everything was promptly and professionally packed and moved without any damage. They even moved two pianos. I would call Imperial if I need to make another move. The dispatcher was very accurate in his assessment of the job over the phone. Overall, I was extremely pleased.
