I was very impressed with their professionalism. From choices to installation theydid a great job and we were completly satisfied. We already refered Empire to other people.

They came as soon as I ask them. My blinds were bought in Home Depot and some cutting were done wrongly, They found a way to solve the problem. They were fast and efficient. I would recommend then to my friends.

Service is very expensive and communication in rates is misleading - strongly suspect I have paid more than I should have. However, quality of service overall is excellent, and very efficient.

I needed a repair for window shades. I was more than a little shocked at the price quote. I had asked for a ballpark estimate and was told they had to see the blinds to give an estimate. The estimate was so high I told them to leave. We then negotiated a price which was much less than 1/2 the estimate. I'm still not quite sure I didn't get ripped off but the shades are fixed.

I sent an email requesting assistance at 6:30 AM. My apartment is on the market and a living room blind broke and looked awful. A nice, obviously qualified Empire representative was here before 9:00 AM - removed the blind - and installed it fixed before noon two days later. It works perfectly. They're really good at what they do and a pleasure to deal with.

Empire gave a good product for the money on the blinds and blind repair I got from them. They were pleasant and efficient at the first meeting and installation. You do, however, need to negotiate for a good price, and they may reschedule the first evaluation meeting at the last minute. Overall, they were great, though.

They not only installed my new Silhouette fabric blinds, but also painted my apartment and cleaned my Moroccan rug. The exact same blinds I priced in New York City were $3000 cheaper. The paint job was done in two days and I have gotten compliments galore. I told them what I wanted and they got the paints and they stayed later the second day as I wanted it done by then. The rug looks not only clean but new. I will definitely use them again and recommend them again.

Al was wonderful to work with. He came the same day that I called him to provide me with an estimate. And the estimate was totally reasonable. Within less than a week he came back and completed the job. You really can't ask for anything better! Would not hesitate to call him again! He's awesome!

Al from Empire was fast to start the job and complete it- which was great for me because I needed to get this done asap,, prompt for his appointments and neat and clean, considerte of my newly finished floors and walls.... great job
