I have used them twice. The first time they came and fixed a ripped blind within 2 days just in time for my tenants arriving. The second time my blind control was messed up and it wouldn't stop at top or bottom and I messed with it and it fell off the bracket. They came same day and fixed it. That is amazing service and I highly recommend them.

Punctual, reliable, took off shoes not to dirty my home!!! I will be placing another window treatment order with Albert the owner. They also clean carpets which I will do also. Repaired rollease blinds.

answered promptly and scheduled appointment quickly, but work was totally unsatisfactory. One cornice fell off wall one week after installation. They would not return and repair it. Bad experience

I was very satisfied. They were unable to repair the old blind as it was 30 years old & they were unable to obtain the parts required. I bought a new one from them and it looks very nice. Eli did a good job with the installation. He is friendly and competent. I would definitely recommend them.

The only complaint I have is that they gave me temp. shades but they were stuck on the frames of my windows and when they took them down they took the paint off the frame. The work was good and they were very quick. But I think their prices are high but I wanted it done so I paid what they asked. They restrung two shades, replaced the header on one shade and cleaned both shades for $520. Since I never had this service before I do not know the going rate but they were back in two days with the completed work and it looks very good.
