About us
Carly Ahlman is a designer and stylist specializing in interiors, events, and floral design in the New York Metropolitan area. With varied design experience, Carly is able to create interiors and events that reflect the personality of her clients through personalized touches and an unbelievable attention to detail. She is focused on creating spaces that are comfortable, stylish, and most importantly, functional. After studying Interior Design and Communications at the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan, Carly worked for a variety of renowned interior design firms, event planning companies, shelter magazines, and floral designers. Through her varied experience, Carly has been able to learn the ins and outs of both the interior design and event industries. In 2011 Carly created the blog, Good Style, which features weekly posts about design, style, and the latest industry trends. Carly is also the creator of the web-based interior design firm, Good Style Design, which provides affordable, customized floor plan layouts and interior design inspiration boards. A collection of two-of-a-kind high-end throw pillows is also for sale through Carly Ahlman Design.
