We believe the purchase or sale of a home is one of the most important financial transactions we make. It deserves planning, thought and the selection of the right real estate agent. We generally spend more time picking a restaurant at which to eat than we do our real estate agent. So, we become your personal shopper for fully vetted professional real estate agents. We match the agent to YOUR needs: price, location, home size, experience, ability to negotiate, trustworthiness, highest ethics and professionalism. Kathy Braddock and Paul Purcell have over 60 years combined experience in every aspect of real estate. Before beginning Braddock + Purcell, Paul was the president of Douglas Elliman (New York's largest real estate firm), and Kathy was the General Sales Manager. They have vast experience in the relocation field and Kathy is the co-author of two books on "how to live life in NYC." There are many real estate agents to choose from. And, not all agents are created equally. Many buyers and sellers report terrible experiences. We take the guess work out of the process and match you with the best of the best. We stay with you start to finish...never leaving your side and overseeing the process for and with you. We are paid by the real estate firm when a sale or purchase occurs. We receive an industry standard 25% referral fee. Agents LOVE our business as it is business they would not have had without us. And, they want MORE of our business, so work hard to do the best possible job. Importantly, we do not have an allegiance to any one firm or agent...so, we can be fully unbiased in helping you.
