I would suggest a better breakdown of what would be able to get cleaned in the time given.
"While we appreciate receiving all B's we would like to respond to the comment about not providing a better breakdown of what can get done in the amount of time given. When a new client books with us we always prefer to discuss the details of the cleaning on the phone before we show up. In this case we were not given an opportunity to discuss in detail what the client would like to have done. We sent her an email detailing what we normally do for a full cleaning. The problem is that she purchased 3 hours and we did not even know how large her home was. Judging from her review here, if we had spoken to her on the phone, we would of suggested a longer cleaning in order to accomplish more."

I am happy to have found the provider of housecleaning I will exclusively use.
Update (second cleaning): I won't put a review for every time I use Best Home Services, but I just want to say twice now they've done an excellent job, and gone above and beyond. It took me 3 months to finally get someone back for another cleaning, and it was because my schedule is very terrible - and Kim patiently scheduled/rescheduled every time! Best home services sensed what I needed other than just basic cleaning (my place is large for 1 person and I was overwhelmed), and made sure extra organizing in the bedroom and bathroom was done; a little extra attention was also paid to making my place feel a bit more like home - a couple lamps I had bought but done nothing with were plugged in, and a new sheet/duvet set sitting in shopping bags in the corner ended up neatly made on my bed! Not everyone needs this kind of cleaning/organization assistance, but my point is that if you communicate with them, they will make sure your needs are met. This plus main bath is again sparkling clean and floors are barefoot worthy!
"It is strange that we received this review now. It is implied that we have been cleaning for this client as recently as last Friday. This person has not been a client of ours since January of 2014. I am just concerned that this review may have been meant for another company."

"I am truly surprised by this review. The client purchased a 3 hour deal prior to the cleaning. Grading us with a D for price is harsh since she knew the price up front. We send a follow up email to every client after the first cleaning and she responded "She did just fine -- thanks!" Then asked for another visit. If there were things missed we would have found a way to correct it. I'm also surprised the client has asked for another visit after giving us an overall 'C'."
"Thank you very much for all B's. We are offended by the 'Bait and Switch' comment. This is absolutely not the case with us. For those reading this whom we have not cleaned before, we send an email confirmation which has our recommendation about tipping: Gratuity is greatly appreciated by our staff. If you wish to give her a gratuity, that should be given directly to her. We send a follow up email the day after the cleaning to make sure the client was satisfied. The client never responded. Unfortunately we did not have an opportunity to correct this issue. The mention of sending 'Our Best' doesn't sound like something we would say. Every person is different. We have strong relationships with each member of our staff, and nurture the individuality. We match the right cleaner with each client. We do not have 'one best'."
