They are great. All of them were great, and they were very prompt. The communication was good, if they sent an email to say they were coming out on Tuesday, they were there. I would tell friends to use them.

we had already had treatments from another company that failed and were at our wits end. And then Andy from BHB came for the initial consultation . The difference was like night and day. He was very intelligent and attentive. He made us feel like we were not just another number to check off his list.The workers who came to do the treatment were not in a rush to get to the next address. They took their time and listened to us before starting and discussed what and where they would work. We felt like we were rescued from despair by BHB. THey have excellent communication between administration and clients and workers.

We had started with another company who was unsatisfactory. Andy Nieves came by and really listened and informed us about everything and the situation got so much better and finally gone !

THEY GAVE A THREE MONTH GUARANTEE AND IT WAS EXCELLENT EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT NEED IT. HE WAS FINE. HE DIDN'T SEEM TO BE AS INFORMED AS THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH ON THE PHONE WHICH WAS MY ONLY ISSUE. ALSO THEY CAME LATER THAN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
