I selected ASAP from 3 out of 10 A rated providers, who responded from Angies. I don't know why Home Advisor has grouped this under CLOG service. That was not the case. An unscrupulous worker had removed drain pipes. Udi offered a free fast estimate. Utility sink needed repiping. Arrived within an hour. Craftsman was neat and so expert he hardly used or needed any tools! I mean he precisely just eyeballed fittings to make matters perfect. Final price was right within the estimate. I look forward to using their trades' services again for plaster and complete bathroom sink replacement.

EXCELLENT AND HONEST. ASAP Solutions (New York City, Upper East Side) is great. The manager, Udi, is very responsive. Diagnosed two problems via phone and photo -- a leaking Kohler shower lever and a faulty water cutoff valve for a toilet. He sent a plumber, Tony, who not only fixed everything quickly, but was honest in telling me what I didn't need. He also showed me a part for the toilet that needed replacing and indicated that it's a quick and simple job -- whereas a previous plumbing company had tried to replace the entire toilet for roughly 4x what Tony quoted me. It's nice to find an honest, reasonable, and responsive plumbing company. I intend to use ASAP and Udi and Tony again and would absolutely recommend them to friends and neighbors. UPDATE: For the second time in a week, ASAP Solutions delivered perfectly. I needed a small piece of followup work from a few days ago. ASAP showed up right on time and fixed two small problems. One had to do with a valve that ASAP previously adjusted, rather than replaced, trying to save me money (after asking my permission for the first attempted fix). Two days later it was clear the the part had to be replaced. Even though I had approved the first repair, ASAP discounted the replacement on the second day. I would have understood if they didn't offer a discount, but they're really that honest and ethical. Second, the plumber, Tony, offered me advice on a minor thing that I could safely adjust myself, rather than calling him back in. He and his boss, Udi, are absolutely great. I'm pushing for my co-op board to switch away from the large plumbing company the building has used to ASAP, and recommending them to my neighbors and friends. They're excellent and I strongly recommend them for every kind of job.

I selected ASAP for my project and Udi called me within minutes of the selection, even though it was about 1AM in the morning. Thinking it was an emergency leak, he was prepared to respond immediately if needed. Due to protocols set for the pandemic, we had to exchange several emails regarding the scheduling of the repair. Throughout our messaging, he was extremely helpful and courteous and patient while we both dealt with the chaos of pandemic protocol. Ultimately, the service call had to be canceled. But he would be my go to person in the future for any plumbing needs.

Udi was amazing! His team was wonderful as well. They did the job of putting in a light fixture, but they also cleaned up well at the end of the job. They made sure I was satisfied! Udi also worked with my rental building to make sure the work his company did was in alignment with my building. I would absolutely use them again!

I received a quote over the phone and decided to hire them. They were able to provide all the insurance and license needed to complete the job the next morning. And then came out the following day. they were prompt and on time and kept were firm on the quote.

When I first called I told Udi that I wanted an old pedestal sink removed and replaced with a new one. He priced the job at $550, I said that includes taking the sink off the premises, right? He added another $100 (others stated a $30 charge). He sent 2 plumbers, one who spoke no English, one broken English. I told them that I was going to reuse the faucets, I questioned whether the cartridges were still good--they said they would know when they took them off the old sink. When they were finished they said the cartridges were fine . After they left and I had paid $915( a constantly changing bill) the right faucet dripped. I called Udi to get the plumber to come back and fix it--he said & Oh it's another job, that will be $250. I find Udi and the company money-hungry, not at all service oriented, and I would NEVER use them again or recommend them!!!

Great experience with Udi and his team. They came out twice. Once to fix a leak under the sink and and a follow up visit to rebuild the cabinet under the sink which had a lot of water damage. They also repaired external piping leading up to a patio and put insulation on it. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and responsive to any and all questions. The customer service is high quality. Their office was constantly in touch to schedule and follow up with visits. The price is exceptionally reasonable for the quality of the work and for Manhattan. It is hard to find an excellent plumber who doesn't overcharge. And it was terrific to find one who can also perform carpentry and other tasks.

Trying to find specialty contractors like plumbers that can work within your megger funds is not as easy to find anymore. I was very pleased to find ASAP Solutions. they brainstormed in trying to find where my leak was stemming from in my over 125 year old brownstone, and they did it. They fixed it, and even repaired the hold in the ceiling after fixing the leak. I would definitely use them again.

They did a perfect job. They were punctual and very knowledgeable. I paid cash and haven’t yet received their invoice detailing the hours and materials they charged me for, BUT I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE THE CHARGES WERE TOO HIGH FOR A JOB THAT REQUIRED 3 HOURS FIRST DAY AND 1 1/2 HOUR THE SECOND DAY The second Day cost $570 including $170 in materials (which I paid for directly) for 1 1/2 hours of work. The electrician way over-charged. Do not use this electrician

They were very nice and did a good job replacing a pipe under my sink There were problems with time, but he did the best to get to my place to do the project. in the afternoon, and he called to confirm time, etc. My only objection is that I think it was very expensive. I think the job should not have cost over 200.00 for just changing a pipe under my sink, a job that took less than an hour. I found out that my super can do it for 50.00 total. I would, however, recommend them for a more complex project, but would definitely negotiate with them. As a professional, I do not make 180 per hour. So, it was high for such a basic job.
