They represented that they knew how to repair a crown stone. Crown has not been made in many years. It is a classic. It's outstanding. If i went out and bought a restored crown stove it would be over $8,000 and it's very had to find someone who knows how to fix it. They did a real job as mine. Whoever owns a crown stove should stay away from them entirely, they are incompetent. They claimed to be able to do something they had no knowledge about.
The most serious thing that they did was that they disconnected the safety valve on that oven and put it back in as it was fine! But it was disconnected! So that mean my oven went on immediately without any control on the temperature whatsoever.
Appliance Pro NYC sent someone by the name Armando Ramone who oversaw the work.
