Luis was great, he came right away, did a thorough inspection and went above and beyond to close up all the holes he found so that the problem was solved and we would not have another rat or mouse enter the apartment. He also gave us good suggestions for how to address other potential entry points over time for a contractor to fix. The price was also very reasonable for the amount of hours he spent fixing the problems.
