"Cindy this is very wrong and unfair. I personally called you after seeing this review to explain how and why we derived upon the charges and you refused to listen. Upon arriving at your home promptly and on time, i diagnosed the problem and brought it to your attention. I provided you with a quote as i do to all our customers and explained that this motor is under warranty which i verified in front of you. Unfortunately manufacturers do not pay for labor and additional expenses which i explained to you would be your responsibility. You informed me that you where having work done at the house and that you lost your job. I called my office and was able to get you a lower price due to your situation. You then said that you have to make a phone call, which you did to another A/C company that did not answer there phone. At that time you authorized me to start work. I explained to you that the motor had to be picked up from miami because nobody else had it and i didnt want to have you wait to the next day for them to deliver it to us. I came back several hours later and installed it for you. At that time you asked me about purchasing an annual contract with us. I assumed you were satisfied with our service. You never called me in dissatisfaction. I only found out through this review that you posted. When i called you about it, i explained to you that some companies, not all, will give you a very unreasonable and unrealistic quote over the phone just so that you can have them come out. Than the price changes. All the quotes you received where over the phone. I was honest and up front with you. No pressure sales with me. If you felt it was to much, you could of said no thank you to me and went with someone else. That wasnt the case. I was hoping to clear this up in an amicable way."
