We are a genuine 'bricks and mortar' company who have been providing Locksmith services in NYC 5 years. Because all our locksmiths are licensed Locksmiths Association you can be sure that your security is in skilled and knowledgeable hands when you need us. Our standards are as high as we can make them because we have learnt that that is what our customers want. We respond immediately to emergency callouts because we know you are waiting (probably outside and possibly in the rain). I had three different locksmiths come by to check out our broken front door. It was an older door with a unique (outdated) locking system. The first place we called flat out said they couldn't fix/replace it. The second place said we would have to wait two weeks. Tom from Locktech USA came the same day and was able to fix it the following morning. He was incredibly professional, communicative and friendly. Highly recommend.
