Project consultation enables you to plan your project at your own pace with a professional Registered Architect so that you may make informed decisions prior to starting a project. One point of contact means that your project won't get lost in our firm as it might in larger firms. Personal attention goes into every detail of your project and our incredible staff is always pleasant and willing to assist you in changes. We offer a variety of fee terms such as: Time based methods plus reimbursable expenses, Lump/Stipulated Sum, Percentage of Cost of Work, Square footage Cost, Unit Cost, Royalties. A scheduled initial consultation on site or in our office includes listening to your needs, evaluating your project, circumstances and establishing a scope of work for your project a plan and an estimate of construction cost. We then provide a proposal for the services for your project and a projected timeline from the start of design through the end of construction. We charge a nominal fee for this service as the consultation is that of a professional Registered Architect with more than 20 years in the profession. The information obtained from the initial consultation is an extremely valuable service that solidifies your goals. The initial consultation fee is rebated should you decide to formally hire us for your project. We do not charge for project travel within a 30 mile radius from our office for most projects. He has worked professionally as a Registered Architect, construction observer, engineering technician, draftsman, carpenter and mason.
