Come by my property and gave me an estimate. Left piles of leaves in the corner of my yard where they were not supposed to be and wanted more money to take all of my leaves. Left my gate open as well.

"Hi Michael, I apologize you feel this way, if their was a issue you should of called the office and it would of been resolved instantly. When speaking to you after the completion of the job none of this was addressed to me. The only thing that was addressed was the abundance of pine needles that was not included in your pricing. When I offered to send a truck back and it would be additional money you said no problem that you would take care of it. I apologize you were not happy, but you never brought that to my attention at all when speaking. We work extremely hard to provided superior service and customer satisfaction."

Chris is very professional, courteous and experienced. Our driveway is extremely long, hilly and difficult for snow removal/ de-icing. He performed consistently, completely, and he gets an A++ from us !! We would highly recommend Lawn Spa to others.

We were very pleased with the work done by Lawn Spa. Although there were delays due to weather once the job got started Chris and his crew worked hard and finished the job ahead of schedule. From our very first meeting Chris was very professional and provided written documentation of the project plans broke down the estimate cost into an easy to understand format. Chris also maintained continuous communication throughout the project. We are still awaiting the outcome of the lawn restoration which will take a few weeks. That being said an outstanding job to date. Kudos to Lawn Spa!!!

This landscaper only charges for each time he works instead of monthly. If you have a dry summer and he does not have to mow each week, the extra money rolls over to the next month.
