M.J.S. Contracting Corp. was established in 1987 by Stephen Moliterno and his father, Carmine “Mel” Moliterno. Begun primarily as a masonry contracting firm in both residential and commercial construction, M.J.S. has turned its focus to residential remodeling, functioning primarily as general contractors specializing in masonry and carpentry. We specialize in the most difficult of jobsites and customized projects. M.J.S.’s residential experience includes every type of remodeling from raising a roof to building indoor exercise pools to adding on family rooms to kitchen and bath remodels. Our commercial experience includes remodeling/construction of pizzerias, hospitals, medical offices, radio stations, office spaces and beach clubs, to name just a few.
