Description of Work: I purchased an air conditioning "Big Deal" tune-up at the beginning of April. The Deal specifically stated that up to 5 deals could be purchased for one home. When I contacted them to try to schedule the service, the woman took down all of my information and then informed me that they would honor only one "big deal" per household. When I stated that this position contradicted the terms of the deal, she simply replied that I would have to argue my case with the boss. Only one big deal would be honored, no matter what the terms stated. | |

Description of Work: Since we were affected by "Sandy" I wanted to make sure all was good with our boiler since we did not have the money to replace boiler.He checked our boiler to make sure all was in working order.However he checked the thermostat and said something to the affect that it was working?? Well he then did all the other testing and answered all questions I had. But I forgot to ask him about the thermostat and he never mentioned again? It turns out we replaced thermostat on our own.I dont know if that was included in service but would have liked him to tell us we probably needed another thermostat.
