A little too difficult to converse with their point man after the job was completed, I.e., still waiting for easy answers to my easy questions like when might we see our rebate, and does the leader covering unsightly uprights require a cap? If they address their customer service techniques, this company would register all A's.

Description of Work: We just agreed to contract them to service our gas heating & hot water heater. They performed the initial tuneup just a couple of weeks ago. They were courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. We wanted to establish a relationship with a highly qualified service company for our new gas heating system. In order to have a priority status when the heat goes off in the middle of a cold night, we signed an annual agreement with T F Obrien. So far, we feel we accomplished our goal. The contract will give up priority status and discounts on parts required. Time will tell if we made a wise decision.

Description of Work: We had a central air unit replaced using old duct work. A problem was found with the duct in the living room whereby it no longer provides enough air flow to cool the room. We have to wait until end of season, when provider can get back to us, to come up with a solution. Slow response in fixing this issue other wise the workers were very efficient & knew what they were doing. We are happy with the job except the delay in the living room issue.

The tech was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was very helpful in pointing out what we could do to improve our system and save on our bills. We also had a consult for a oil to gas conversion. Again, the gentleman who arrived was very helpful in explaining our options and providing his recommendations. I would definitely use them in the future.
