Preferred Exterior Corp.

Preferred Exterior Corp. came pretty quick to give us an estimate. He was punctual and I feel comfortable with him.

I was extremely pleased with the entire process and professionalism from Preferred Roofing Corp. They were extremely responsive and made three revisions of the estimate to be in compliance with the codes for the best price comparatively.  I would most definitely use them again in the future.

The owner was also the salesman. He was very knowledgeable about roofing.  He was very professional in giving his quote. I didn't use him because of his product line and I couldn't get the better warranty on his product because he was GAF but he was close.

The prices were good and they did a nice job. I easily recommend them.

I e-mailed the company and received a response the same day.Someone came to the house, viewed what needed to be corrected and gave an estimate. In two days the roof shingles were replaced and a vinyl trim was made and placed. My original trim was destroyed.

It was quick and easy to work with Preferred to get an estimate and then to arrange the job. We selected them because they were recommended by a friend, seemed professional, the pricing was fair as compared to other estimates and they offered a better material warranty. They sent a very large crew, were well organized and worked extremely quickly. From start to finish, the Preferred guys were professional and a pleasure to work with. They did a decent job of cleaning up, even cleaning up some of our leaves along with their debris. When there was a question the day after about something that was not properly secured on the siding they sent someone over immediately to assess the problem. Although it was not caused by their roofing work, they fixed it anyway as another gesture of their professionalism and excellent customer service.

They were very nice people but their estimate was high. I had a number of people come over and I think they were the highest. The fellow was very nice and well educated on the job but the price was too high. While the man knew what he was talking about and probably would have been very good, you could expect a high price for the job. I wouldn't use them in the future because of the high cost.

They were professional from beginning to end, their pricing was wonderful and they protected my landscaping with extra precaution. The workers were incredible. They had the proper documents to show their license and insurance at that time. There was not a nail left in the grass.

THE SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL. THEY ARE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND HONEST. THE ROOF NO LONGER LEAKS AND LOOKS GREAT. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN COMPLETING THE JOB.
