O'Shea used 4 men to move furniture and belongings in a local move. The 4 men were terrific. They were very courteous and friendly. The job was done efficiently in a professional manner. Everything went smoothly. When the job was done in 2 hours less time than originally estimated they took off $400 from the estimate. I was very happy with this company.

Highly recommend O'Shea Trucking.  Rick and his crew were great.  Showed up right on time and took great care with our belongings. All of his guys were very professional with great attitudes.  They also navigated a difficult driveway and moved a very heavy & awkward piece of exercise equipment upstairs without the slightest bit of hesitation or complaint.  
If you're looking for a friendly, reliable company to move you, look no further.  Michelle was extremely accommodating setting up the estimate, scheduling the move and answering questions leading up to our move day.  Also, kudos to George for stopping by our house on his way home, on his own time after work to give us an estimate. Excellent company...they will be our only call if we need to move again.

O'Shea is fantastic! 

We have never moved between states before and scheduling the closings, and packing and the movers pick up, was crazy.  We started with some of the big national moving chains, getting estimates etc.  But they were so impersonal, it was like working with a big bank.

A good friend recommended O'Shea Trucking and we called Rick, who came quickly to do an estimate.  We liked him immediately and felt confident that he would get the job done.

Rick and his crew worked with our schedule to pick up (Thursday) and deliver (on Sunday!) .They worked quickly and took care of our things as if they owned them, with humor and professionalism, arriving on time, exactly when they said they would, even after driving the truck down from New York.

We enjoyed every part of working with them.  If we ever move again,we will definitely call Rick O'Shea.  We can't thank them enough for making this an easy and even fun experience.

Excellent company, cannot say enough nice things about Rick O'Shea (the owner) and his crew. 
It was not a big job, so I received an estimate over the phone and scheduled the job 2 days before. The day of the move Rick arrived on time with his crew (3 other guys). They were very professional and organized. They did an excellent job and were done in less then an 1.5 hours! I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about Rick O'Shea, his wife Michelle and their team. They are a family run business and Rick  was both one of the movers as well as the supervisor. They were extremely responsive and helpful, both prior to the move and after.
Everyone involved was friendly  and professional. They did a great job packing and handling furniture and artwork.They were all a pleasure to do business with and we would definitely use their services again.

We were scheduled to move on a Sunday.  On Friday of that week, we learned that the forecast for Sunday was for heavy rain.  That Friday, we asked the mover with whom we were scheduled to move if he could switch to Saturday.  He said no, so asked around for recommendations.  A friend recommended us to Rick O?Shea.  Rick and his team were available and we booked with them, and we will not use another moving company so long as O?Shea remains in business.  He and his team were punctual, positive, competent, conscientious, decent and efficient.  We underestimated the size of the job and Rick adapted by calling two guys, who gave up their Saturday to pitch in.  Rick himself oversaw the job and did a lot of heavy lifting, the sign of a good manager.  O?Shea?s prices were extremely fair and competitive with any other moving company, and he and his team left the houses we moved from and to in impeccable condition.  In short, he and his team reminded me of what makes America great.  I wish everyone I worked with had Rick?s decency, professionalism and commitment to excellence.

.It was great as usual. I say as usual because this is the fifth time that O'shea has moved a member of our family. In each and every instance, they provided excellent service. The furniture was wrapped securely and the men showed great care in the actual movement of the furniture to and from the truck. In  addition, we had over 100 cartons to be moved as well as loose items and all was handled with care.
In addition to the great care given, the workers were non-stop until the job was completed. When it became apparent that we would need a second truck, Rich O'Shea was able to provide one in short order.  As I noted above, this was the fifth time that a member of our family had used O'Shea's services and I highly recommend that anyone with a moving job should go no further than to hire this firm.

Everything went perfectly. Men were professional, friendly & accommodating from start to finish.

Rick O'Shea and his team of movers are a joy to work with,they are courteous, organized and highly professional. I can't say enough good things about this company. They arrived on time and finished ahead of time.......they went above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend them!,

Rick (the owner) came to give an estimate and he was very personable and friendly. We price shopped with another company who came in $300 more and was not nearly as nice on first impression. He gave us an estimate that was pretty much what the total came to in the end. The day of the move, he and 4 of his men quickly moved our boxes (we packed most of the house ourselves) and wrapped our furniture well with blankets that were clean, which has not always happened with previous moves. All of the men were extremely courteous the entire day, no matter how tired they seemed to get. The overall move was very efficient in terms of time. They disassembled what furniture needed to be and put it back together at our new place. In the process, one bolt went missing from our crib, but within an hour of calling them, one of his men had found the piece and dropped it off at the house that day. The only issues we had were that the boxes could have been handled a little more carefully. Many were placed upside down, and some were clearly labeled "this end up" with arrows. And in the process of taking things apart to make them fit better in the truck, wheels to furniture and such sometimes weren't put back with the original piece of furniture, leaving us to dig to find them later. We are still looking for part of a fan they had to take apart. I did call them about that piece, but did not receive a call back, so I assumed they weren't sure where the piece could be either. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with them mostly because all of the men were so pleasant, funny and happy, even though it is an incredibly tough job! You could tell they all really enjoyed working for their boss and the job itself. Aside from the minor issues, which I'm sure Rick will address, I would recommend them to anyone.

Rick O'Shea the owner came to do the estimate and told me he was also one of the movers. In all the estimates I got the owner was never going on the move himself. The day of the move, they were prompt and took great care with my furniture, some of which were antiques. His crew is the best, they made the whole experience painless. I had a 2day move because we were going out of state. The next day, they were at the door of my new address bright and early. They laid mats to protect my floors. I wasn't always so sure of where I wanted some of the furniture placed and they were so patient and would move the furniture until I was happy with it. Moving is so stressful and O'Shea trucking turned it into a great experience. I can't say enough good things about them. I had some problems on my end and had to change dates and Rick's wife bent over backwards to work it all out. I' m recommending them to anyone I know and would use them again in a minute.

I liked their courteousness. They worked very hard and the job went wonderfully. They had us all packed in about four hours. There were no problems whatsoever. It went very smoothly and was better than what I had anticipated. Our overall experience with them was excellent. We have been very lucky.
