The designer evaluated all of the materials that were available for the project and then prepared a detailed step by step design plan describing how the project would be completed. All material and labor costs were itemized in advance. The designer committed to completion of the project within a specified time and within budget. Both objectives were met and the end result was a beautifully designed functional home office.

I don't usually write reviews, I'm one of those customers where If I am not happy I just never go back and if I am then I will continue to do business with the company. But I must say, my personal experience with RLH was extra ordinary that I feel they deserve the praise. I had a great room that was so big I had no clue where to start. A friend recommended RLH and from the moment I met Robin she was such a pleasure to work with, she was professional, punctual, paid attention to detail, responsive you name it. Robin goes above and beyond and she doesn't stop until the job is done. My room was changed from top to bottom, I mean the quality of work I cannot even put it into words. I get compliments from my guests all the time and I can tell you this, anyone who uses this lady will NEVER regret it. My husband was skeptical about hiring a designer at first because of the cost but now he won't get out of the living room. I cannot wait for our next project Thank you Robin!!!!
