I had a sink and vanity installed along with a new faucet. There was also a pipe that had to be cut in order for the vanity to fit in its present location. The work was done in a very workmanlike manner and in a very reasonable amount of time. The workman also did a very thorough cleanup job at the end of the work. I was very pleased with the work done.

The experience was very good. They did a very good job. They were punctual. They said they would be here at a certain time and they showed up. They finished the job and we were satisfied. The price was fair.

Technician came out, measured and said he'd get back to me. Never heard from them again. Guess business is really good...

Overall it was great. They met my expectations. Service and quality was great.

They did a great job. They came the next day or two days. They came pretty quickly after I called. The worker came very early which was good for me. He was very professional and very friendly. I would use them again in the future.

Mr Plumber came out and took out the toilet. We thought our son had flushed an iPod down the toilet and it was backing up. They took the toilet out and it was clear, so they came back the next day to check the flushing line and didn't charge me any extra. They were very accommodating, very polite, and came right away. We called on a Sunday and he asked if we were able to cope until Monday because he didn't want to charge us Sunday rates. He went out of his way to help us.

We were pleased with the service. We were a little worried because our carbon monoxide detector had gone off, and the fire department thought that it might be related to the hot water heater. Of course that is something you do not want to let go too long. We got an appointment. He came on a Sunday, and there was no extra charge. So, we were very pleased with that. He was very professional.

I made an appt. with them to have a shut-off value and an inline filter added to a fridge. The appt was supposed to be 830-900am. At 915, I called them and was told they had emergencies that morning and would be coming later. I couldn't wait as I had to go to work. A little frustrated that they didn't call and let me know they were running late, but things happen so I rescheduled for a few weeks later, on 9/28, same time. Around 915, no plumber, no call, I leave and go to work. Just before 10am they call to say they're on the way. Cancel, I can't wait around all morning. Very unprofessional, especially after the 1st incident, to not show and then call an hour late. I won't be using them, ever, and I'll find someone more reliable that respect's their customers time.

I've used them before. They always come on time and they do the job professionally. Their pricing is fair.

I had a wired experience. They set up a call with me. They setup a guy to come and see me one day and they called me in the morning to give me a quote and they told me he was unable to make it. So I complained to them because I had to take a day off and alternatively they sent out someone. But first they told me to reschedule the appointment and she called me two hours later and told me that they had a guy in the same area and he can come to give me the quote and asked if he could stop by. He came out and looked at the work and gave me a real low bulb quote like $1200.00 for all the work, which I thought was pretty great. He was going to include the bathtub, the kitchen sink and the garbage disposal and he was going to do some work on my garage too. He said that I need to replace the pipes in my garage. So I told him to give me a call to setup the work. The week later the boss called me and told me that the guy did not work for him and he let him go. He told me the quote was really low and that unfortunately he cannot do the work for the quoted price. So I asked about the extra cost. He told me it would probably cost me $2000. I ended up doing the work with them but only did the garbage disposal. We told him not to do the pipe work and the bathtub. The guy came out and everything worked really well. The actual work was done very professionally and I had no problems with the actual work itself. It just looked great. The weirdest thing was when he was trying to give me the quote. They told me that that guy did not know the price of copper and lowered all the price with the actual price so he could not do it and that was the excuse. He ultimately told me that he was going to hike the price before the work started. I do not mind because the actual work performed was good.

I would not call them back. After coming once for an evaluation of the problems we reported, they first said nothing was wrong or te warranty company would not cover the repairs. We recalled the warranty company and they resent out someone again from this p,umbing contractor who confirmed our suspicion that these parts needed replacement. When we wanted to get a higher end faucet tan wat was covered, the contractor told us "his cost" which was actually $100 more than my cost, and on top of that, he wanted to add another $200. We had te warranty company give us the money for the pars and labor, hired our own plumber and actually saved money over the deal we were offered.

I called Mr. Plumber based on Angie's list. Calls were always returned promptly and courteously. I did not know where the leak in my basement ceiling originated. The plumber took his time checking out possibilities before saying it was the drain trap from the bathtub above, which he repaired. He also said the faucets needed replacing, so I authorized the repair. It took a bit of time for him to call in to get a price. With those repairs made, we waited the prescribed amount of time to use the shower. The shower leaked when we used it, so we immediately called Mr. Plumber. I was impressed because it was night time. The owner answered the phone and actually came over to check! He thought it was the tiles, so I contacted someone for that. It turned out that it was not the tile, but it was the faucet that had not been fully sealed. During the diagnostic process, the original person who came said my master shower had a "soft" spot. The owner checked that out for me and gave me a better explanation. While I was not totally happy with everything the first person did, the owner did twice as much to be sure everything thing was correct, that I had all of my questions answered and was confident in the work that was done. I liked that the owner was very straight-forward in conversation. I was confident enough that I asked Mr. Plumber to return to replace a cracked PVC condenser pipe. A different person came and I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done. Though I won't know how the pipe is until next summer, I have no doubt if I need anything, I can call. It would be helpful to receive a phone call if the person coming is going to be late. (Emergencies do happen!) I would certainly use Mr. Plumber again.

They did a very good job. I was pleased with everything. I would recommend them. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

Called on Sunday and sent digital pics of everything (didn't want to pay for an emergency call) but bright and early on Monday morning they had a guy there (I mean literally someone came before 9am) and he made short work of replacing the valve. Even hung around until public works came back out to turn the main line feed back on again. Nice professional work, really quick, affordable. No complaints whatsoever. Literally it took the plumber about 20 minutes to take out the old valve and install the new one. Public works also gave me a new wireless water meter to replace the old one which the plumber also installed. I took the old one off (two nuts) and had everything prepped for him when he came.

They came right out the next day to repair our plumbing. We have had work from this company before and have never had any problems. They do good work and are knowledgeable in their field.

HE WAS A NEIGHBORHOOD GUY, AND I KNEW THE FAMILY. HE WAS HERE ON TIME, AND HE WAS FAIR ON HIS PRICE. HE TOLD ME THE PROBLEMS AND GAVE ME OPTIONS ON WHAT I COULD DO, AND I HAD NO SURPRISES AT THE END.
