Not well. The person sent did not understand the installation and left the mixer unit sticking 1 inch out of wall after it had been retiled. This week they repeatedly failed to turn up when arranged.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. He first appeared to be trustworthy, professional, and confident in the job. Promising good quality work for a fair price. The job ended up being extremely poor quality, and dangerous for future safety of our home. There was internal drama on two separate occasions involving the people that was subcontracted to complete our project. The project was extended 7 days past the deadline that was originally communicated. The response to everything was apologetic but condescending. He did attempt to make things right but the resolution was very prolonged, unprofessional, and will end up costing more money to fix than the "discount" that was given as a result of poor quality work. Our situation did not feel like a priority to resolve. Make sure that if you do end up choosing this company THAT YOU READ YOUR CONTRACT AND GO OVER IT CAREFULLY. My contract excluded responsibility for warranties. Hindsight of dealing with this company has taught me to ensure that whatever company that I choose needs to have a contract that has a term of agreement section that specifies material warranty, workmanship warranty, and Time required from contract to start the work and complete the work.

He answered the phone right away. It was an incredible service. He's really a gentleman. He got everything and handled everything as quickly as possible. He made sure everything was working perfectly.

Mastro Bros. was extremely efficient in resolving my clogged drain. I called late in the day and Michael had a plumber at my apartment the very next morning. He was able to produce a certificate of insurance doc that my building requires. Fixed the drain without a hitch. Would use again!
