"NDA offers all of our customers a 2 year warranty – from the date of completion of their project. Your project was completed in 2004. Kitchen Craft (the cabinet manufacturer) offers a 10 year warranty on their product. NDA coordinated with the Kitchen Craft representative to make a site visit to inspect the 11 year old kitchen. After inspection, the rep was able to go back to headquarters and obtain approval on refinishing the 4 cabinet doors with discoloration he was shown. This was offered to the customer, even though their 10 year warranty with the manufacturer had expired and the company no longer offers the finish/stain. After many conversations back and forth with the customer, the cabinet rep and the finisher, the final outcome was, 12 doors were refinished to satisfy the customers initial inquiry about her 4 doors that were discolored. NDA, with the assistance of Kitchen Craft went above and beyond either of their respective warranties to accommodate the customer and tried to handle the situation in a fair and professional manner working within the limits of the cabinet manufacturer warranty. My wife and I were very happy with the work done for us by NDA. The kitchen was a complete renovation including new windows, sliding door and all new electric and plumbing. The job was pricey but we did pick out all high end materials. The workers were very neat, clean and courteous, not to mention very meticulous craftsmen. The fit and finish was superb. Part of the job required us to move our deck so they removed the old deck and built us a beautiful new composite deck. We did have a few bumps in the road along the way but in the end but I guess that is to be expected with a job of this size. Ed (owner) was quick to respond to any issues and did whatever was necessary to make us happy. Walter was very helpful and patient during the design faze and Michelle in customer service was a pleasure to deal with. She was very responsive and always followed thru. If your looking for high quality work you won't be disappointed using NDA.
