I could not ask for anything more. They were perfect! They were on time, took care of everything and when they finished, the area was cleaned and checked for nails.

Arrived 3 weeks after original estimate. Told me about any weather delays ahead etc.

Over all the services were excellent. They did the job they were hired to do quickly, effeciently, and clean up well before they left.

Had Paul come out to do two estimates first one on my own home second one on a property that i rent all is well. Roof on rental home needed some repair work done at the time of estimate it was determined that he would need to get on roof to look at it for an accurate replacement estimate so he agreed to do the repairs at the same time that was to take place. Said He would do next week on Wednesday or Thursday . So now its Friday no repairs have been made placed a call to him NO call back OK now its Monday Placed another call again no call back so now its Tuesday today call again voice mail decide to call other number person very polite took my message and presto i got a call back from Paul he did not offer any explanation as to why the work was not done or why he had not called to tell me of delay or even to return my call. When I asked him when he thought he could come out to do the work his response was maybe sometime next WEEK at that time i told him never mind i would have someone else do the work he promptly Hung UP. THIS WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED OF A LOCAL COMPANY THAT WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME I GUESS THAT 10,000.00 in future work is worth throwing away .

I chose them because I read a few favorable reviews on Angie's List. I got the best pricing from them. They were on time to get the job done. Overall they did a great job and I would use them again.

Phelps Brothers Inc. Company is magnificent. They did our whole roof in one day. They came in, stripped everything and put everything back in no time. They came in with twenty workers. They were very clean. They were very thorough. They stuck with the price.

I think I spent about $5,000 but I'm not sure. It took 2 or 3 days to do the work.

The owner Ed Phelps himself came to my house. He was on time, courteous. As he was leaving, he stated thatif I had any more problems, don't hesitate to call him.

Phelps Bros. were very amenable to our schedule and replaced our roof on a Saturday. Dealing with them was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them.

When the work was complete, the roof looked great ! Jason and crew did an excellent job overall.

We were expecting them to arrive around mid-November. Received a call from Paul on a Wednesday saying they would be there on Friday. Thursday morning he called and said they would be there on that afternoon. They were finished by Friday morning. They were very careful and considerate of our belongings and moved things that might get broke. Everything was picked up and you could hardly tell that they were here.

Unbelievable, I called Paul to ask for an estimate and he said how about tomorrow,and he came as promised. He took some measurements and came in and talked to me and told me what he suggested should be done. I liked what I heard and asked when? He ask when I wanted it I told him last fall, he said how about two weeks I said great! He called me this morning and asked if his guys could start this afternoon I said sure,12:01 3 guys showed up by 1 O'clock about 7 more came and the old roof came off, ice and water barrier and felt went on the shingles showed up next, the shingles went on! and these guys had every last bit of old roof, nails and all,they went over my drive way with a huge magnet on wheels,and they were GONE before 5 PM. I got to tell you these guys were the best,no foul language, no loud music nothing but hard work they never even took a break!

He recommended that I contact a handyman to install electric cables in the joints of two roof surfaces that were creating an ice dam. Said his company would not do installations, but would ask his crew if they wanted to bid on job. Also advised me to hire electrician to install switch outlet to be able to turn on when snow is expected.

It was a very good experience. They do have a large crew. I had some solar panels on the roof and they were able to work around that. They also had to replace the plywood around the solar panel and they did that with no problem at all. They were very professional.

They did a great job! A team of 7 workers arrived promptly on the scheduled day and stripped the entire roof, installed a new roof, cleaned up and carted all the debris away. The area around the house was spotless when they left -- no sign of a new roof job except for the good looking roof.

It could not have gone better. PB was responsive with its bid. The work was performed extremely quickly-probably as a result of a large and hard-working crew-and clean up was exemplary. I would never go anywhere else for roofing.

Job complicated because we have a steep roof and three stories high. An excellent and large (10 +/-) crew were on time, efficient and did a tremendous job of cleanup. The entire job was completed in one day. Co-owner, Ed, was on site for the entire day supervising and doing some of the work. They were just great and the roof looks fantastic.

Completely professional treatment from them from beginning to end. I got 4 quotes and they were the lowest and provided expert work. I am singing their praise because it is very tough to find a contractor who does what they say they will do, this is one that does. I own two houses in the capitol district and am having them do my residence next. There are many, many roofing contractors but I can personally vouch for this one.

Ed was very punctual and pleasant to do business with. Crew did job done in 1/2 day with old shingles removed and yard cleared of any debris.

Rob did the quote and was very polite throughout our dealings. I live in a townhouse that includes 4 units, all agreed to have their roofs replaced for a more uniform look. Price quoted was average per unit. I was the one with the leaky roof and needed to get the job done. The crew was on time the day they agreed to arrive and took a day and half to complete the job on all four units. My complaint is that after the work was complete, I had a new leak around my chiminey and Paul Phelps was less than helpful other than to say the leak was not the roofing job but the chimney. He came out on 3 separate occasions while I was at work and left no indication that he had been there. I had to call each time after it rained and the leak was still there. At one point I spoke directly to Paul, he was very rude and hung up on me. After calling the next day and threatening not to pay, Rob called me and came out and took care of the problem with me present.

I THOUGHT THEIR PRICES WERE EXTREMELY STEEP BUT I WENT WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY WHERE REFERRED TO ME BY SOMEONE I TRUST. THEY DIDN'T REALLY SPEAK, THEY OBVIOUSLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING BECAUSE THEY HAD IT DONE IN HALF A DAY AND IT WAS BEAUTIFUL.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND THEY WERE VERY EXCELLENT. THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE ABOUT THREE YEARS AGO AND THE QUOTE STILL HELD WHEN THEY CAME TO DO THE WORK THIS YEAR.

THEY CAME IN AND HAD THE JOB DONE IN FIVE HOURS TIME. WE CHECKED AROUND AND THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE. THEY HAD ALL THE MATERIALS WITH THEM. THEY HAD AT LEAST EIGHT PEOPLE OUT HELPING THEM AND THAT'S WHY THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE JOB DONE SO FAST. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

I GOT VERY GOOD RESPONSE WITH PHONE CALLS. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FOR THE ESTIMATE. THE ESTIMATE WAS TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS CHEAPER, THAN EVERYONE ELSE'S. THE ROOF DOESN'T LEAK, THEY USE HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS.
