Shawn did a terrific job on my home. My roof was leaking in several places. He took extra care due to this replacing the plywood as necessary and sealing up the affected areas properly.. His helpers are fantastic. Cleaned up really well afterwards. Fair price too. I would recommend All Shawn to anyone. A pleasure to work with.Exceeded my expectations.

Shawn is a highly experienced roofer and general contractor. He is honest, knowledgeable, and hard working. My husband and I hired him to install a roof antenna - he was very thoughtful about the best way to do the installation and took care to make sure it was done safely and with the most minimal impact on sight lines both on the exterior of the house and inside our den. He also took care of helping fix up a caulking job in the bathroom that was not properly done by someone before him—again with precision and care. And he helped us install our new mailbox. He is our first stop for all things general contracting, and he’s great about referrals if one is needed. He is prompt with returning calls and providing guidance. Highly recommend!

Excellent. Shawn is a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and guided me through the process of removing two layers of my old roof, and choosing and installing a new roof on my home. His estimate was thorough and the entire procedure was done on a timely basis. Any questions or concerns were addressed, and Shawn's expertise and mastery were apparent. As the work was being done, the debris was contained in an orderly fashion. When the roof was complete the cleanup was flawless. I am impressed with the professional service and beautiful new roof on my home. In addition to the work done at my home, Shawn has helped my husband and I maintain the aging roof at our business location. When we had a leak, Shawn's proficiency enabled us to keep the repair cost at a minimum. He quickly identified the cause and repaired it promptly and efficiently. This has happened on more than one occasion in different areas. Shawn is truly an accomplished, accommodating, well qualified contractor, and I would highly recommend him for your roofing needs.

Professional, quality & respectful workmanship, timely completion. The job included removal & replacement of 120sf kictchen flooring. The pre-work walkthrough and explanation of work to be done was satisfactory and all questions were answered. The pricing model was explained and the estimate was within $50 of the end price. The 2 man crew were respectful and professional, adequate protection (drop cloths and coverings ) was provided to cover carpets and floors and care was taken in removing and replacing my appliances. Clean up was standard construction model. All in all great work.

Full roof replacement. The roofers were extremely nice and clean and work was completed in a professional and workmanlike matter. Work was completed on time and the roof looks great . These guys have been working with owner for a very long time and have great loyalty to owner . Give them a call.

Between May - October 2017 I spent a significant amount of time overseeing renovations on the 240-year-old house that my wife and I bought in Chestnut Ridge, New York. After a bad false start with a contractor who really wanted to screw me over, I was lucky to find a great general contractor called AllShawn General Construction, headed up by the inimitable Shawn Moldow. For months Shawn and his team made repairs on the house that should have been done decades ago, including replacing or repairing rotten sills, sistering floor joists so the floors stopped sagging, rebuilding a porch whose roof was in bad repair and so on. They also helped convert what was once a really crappy old laundry inside a garage into a beautiful new bathroom, laundry, and mudroom area, and also upgraded what was once a decrepit "granny flat" into a nice, properly heated bedroom. On top of this, Shawn's team also removed a whole wall full of hideous out-of-character windows and installed a beautiful French door that opened onto the 1.2-acre section behind the house. This totally changed the character of the sunroom where it was located, and made the space far more elegant and livable. Overall I was impressed with the quality of Shawn's work and am happy with the results. I'd strongly recommend him to anyone in the area who's looking for a reliable, reasonable and very friendly contractor! I'll be posting more photos of our house later once the better photographer in the family has worked her magic.

Shawn and his crew do great work! He's there when he says he's going to be, anticipates issues before they become problems, brings a wealth of experience to the job, and can handle just about anything that gets thrown at him. He's always at the top of my list for GC's when I need work done for a client.

Not only did Shawn do the work that was requested he also made great recommendations to improve the room. Shawn was responsive, arrived when he said he would and finished the job on time. His workers were polite and worked hard. We hardly knew they were there. At the end of each day they made it a point to clean. It is extremely hard to find professionals you can trust who don't try to rip you off and say anything to get a job then don't deliver. Shawn is honest as they come. There is no sales stuff from him. I would highly recommend Shawn to do almost any type of construction work.

After I found out I had a leak in my roof I call Shawn. I told him the roof was leaking and a afraid of my damage. He came over that day to temporarily fix till he could get crew to make permanent. Shawn came over 2 weeks later and stripped and fix damage spots and shingles all in 3 days. Being happy with the work I had has do 4 windows on my house and the work was done very well. I would hire Shawn back in a heart beat
