"This job was installed by Another company improperly and had multiple issues. We had to re install and re-route the condensation line. After this was complete we found that the pan to the coil was cracked. I looked high and low for this pan but with the coil being old the part was obsolete. The only thing we could do is offer the coil at an extremely reduced price which she didn't want to do. She just wanted to fix the pan which we won't do because it would have only been a temporary fix and would have definitely leaked again. If another company wants to do a band aid fix that's up to them but for the homeowner and our name we won't."

After performing a thorough investigation, Kevin determined that there was an issue with the furnace, as well as the water heater. Explaining the expense that comes with this type of repair/installment he told me to - talk to mom, compare prices, and get back to him whenever I could. In the meantime, he bought a pump to clean the basement (at 10pm on a Saturday). After comparing prices, I had Kevin come back Monday and perform the installment. What impressed me most was that I had the owner overseeing the work that was done. Regardless of what type of field/industry you are in, bringing someone at the top level in, makes the customer feel better. There have been no issues since and I was told that if there was ever an issue, I could call and ask to speak to Kevin directly. I would highly recommend both Yost and Campbell and Kevin to anyone who needs any work done with regards to heating or air conditioning.
"This is 100% correct. There was an error made in the office which led to a terrible mistake. We have since fixed the issue and I am confident it won't happen again. We did try to make it up by offering to do the work at no charge but understandably the customer did not accept."

"We tried to rectify the situation but the customer was verbally abusive and made threats when speaking to our office staff. Its impossible to fix any problem when someone behaves like this."
"I went to this job personally after our manager was there. We didn't say that the boiler had to be replaced because it could not be fixed. The homeowner was told it should be replaced because it is over 50 years old and although could still run it has antiquated controls that could pose an unsafe condition in the home. If another company wants to come and put a band aid on a boiler like that it is their perogative but it is not something we will do."

Yost & Cambell was very professional, spent time looking over what needed to be done, and provided some options. This was on a Friday. The gentleman was going to pick up his daughter from college and he said he would try to get the estimate to me by the end of day - but that it might be Monday. I had the estimate later on Friday - so he exceeded expectations. Price was very fair for the work done.
The installers that came were very professional. They worked very efficiently and quietly in the house. Laid-down protection for the floor. The lead installer asked questions about how we changed the filter on the current furnace and created a much better option for the new furnace. The time to complete the job was about 6 hours for both the furnace and hot water heater. The installers cleaned everything up and left everything in order. As they were finishing a supervisor arrived to check and make sure everything was OK and that I was satisfied - he left all of the necessary documents and thanked me for the business.
Very good experience - I'll have them back to do some additional work.

"I take full responsibility for the lack of responsiveness. My foreman and I took a look at how we could run the gas line properly without being exposed as well as the best type of water heater to use in the home. We like to have multiple sets of eyes on jobs to prevent mistakes. In this case we took too long to come to a conclusion. As far as the email I would never email someone without his or her permission. I offereed to drop an estimate off, mail it or email and she said email is fine and gave me her email address. The homeowner is really nice I wish we got back to her quicker I know we would have done a super job!!!"
