Craig spent a good amount of time stripping the old glaze from my tub and removing the caulk around the edges. He seemed to pay a lot of attention to detail. He was only going to do the outside of the tub that was not blocked by my bathroom sink and cabinet but, when he got to that part, he decided he would not be satisfied with his job if he did not reglaze the entire outer tub. So, he ended up disassembling the fixture just so he could do a complete job. Very commendable. The tub now looks great. He left care instructions as well as a warranty for his work. He spent a good 5 hours or so working on the tub. I waited a few days and re-caulked the tub myself. I was surprised at how cleanly he had stripped the old caulk so that it was easy for me to apply new caulk without too much work.

We had basically taken all the big things (towels, shampoo, rugs, cleaners, shower curtain, etc. out of the bathroom before the service person arrived. He went right to work masking off the are around the tub. He did a very detailed job, then sprayed the special paint that was in the color we chose when we got the free estimate. The job took just the amount of time they said it would, and when it was finished the man cleaned up and left without a mess. We waited a little extra time before we removed all the masking paper...I believe the longer the paint dries, the better. So rather than rushing to use the tub, we gave it 3 full days to harden. Since then, no problems at all. A very professional job, considering the old tub hadn't been refinished, ever, and was in horrible shape with much of the enamel worn off the tub floor, bad stains from the water spigots, etc. Now it looks like a new tub. We couldn't be happier! Turns out our building super uses this service for all his work -- we didn't know that when we started looking on Angie's List. Thanks! Thanks! Thanks!

I called craig for an estimate and was happy with the price. Craig said he could do it the next week. He came on time and was very professional and nice. He spent a couple of hours getting the tub and walls ready to paint and then a couple more hours to paint. The tub and wallls look great. The tub and walls were a tan color which was worn by years of use, I wanted a white color. The finished job makes the tub and walls look new. I'm very happy I didn't have to spend thousands of dollars to replace the tub and walls. Craig also gives a 5 year warranty and specific directions on how to clean the tub. Overall a very professional job that I'm very happy with. I would use Craig again.

He was prompt and professional. There was minimal odor from the paint. His prices were fair. He was immaculate in cleaning up afterwards.

The tenant made the initial phone call and I followed up after Craig inspected the tub. He gave a general estimate based on his hourly rate and said that he could do it in a week or two. He called when he was ready to make an appointment, did a very professional job and it cost less than I was expecting. I really cannot see the difference between the repair and the original finish. He also gave care instructions to make sure it continues to look good.
