Florists
The flowers were a big surprise and I loved the gesture. Nothing better than getting unexpected flowers. However, I was greatly disappointed by the performance of Graceland. The firm sent orchid flowers that were brown and dying rather than fresh. Six sad stems were arranged in a floral sponge with ferns. The flowers immediately began dropping.
I sent an email to the florist, explaining my experience and suggesting that they should either credit funds to my siblings or replace the flowers sent. I heard nothing from them.
Since I could not resolve the matter with the firm, I thought I'd alert Angie's List to my experience.
