You have to pay $125 extra for the camera (which I didn't do) so there's no way for me to know how clean the ducts got. The guys were professional. I had about 22 vents including returns. They forgot to plug up some of the holes they made so they had to come back. I would try one of the cheaper services next time.

Originally I just wanted a video camera "survey" of several ducts so I could see if something was blocking the duct or impinging on a damper where the access was hidden by a newly erected wall. The serviceman was able to find and clear the closed dampers by forcing a special tube through the open register. The air strength is now perfect. (And there was no need for the video.) The two servicemen stayed to thoroughly clean the exposed register areas, etc. They were courteous and professional. The charge was essentially the minimum for one hour's work. I would have paid double!

Very pleased with service. Service men were punctual, polite and very professional and did a very thorough job.

The Duct Duster workers were punctual and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning out my dryer vent and explained everything to me in a manner in which I was able to understand. I would definitely recommend them to other individuals that need this service. The price for the service was also very reasonable.

They were slightly late, but I was properly notified by the company of the delay.  They cleaned the ducts, which direly needed the cleaning.  They also cleaned the dryer vent.

They did a great job! I had used them two times before with equal satisfaction (one time was a 25,000 sf house, containing fine antiques, rugs, draperies, etc. that took an entire day with a lot of crew members. They did everything needed to be done.) I would definately use them again.

Workman were very nice. Walked us through the process. Clean and neat. Will use them again for future cleanings.

I called Duct Dusters the same day I used them.  They called me with the cost of cleaning the vent and I approved it.  They came that afternoon, found the clothes dryer vent, cleaned it and were on there way.  The guys were very courteous, punctual and did a great job.

It went very well. I cannot say anything else. Its just a duct cleaning not a surgery performed.

Found them through Angie's List, called, made appt. They arrived on time, explained each step and did an extremely careful and thorough job. They showed me the ducts before and after. It was really amazing to see the difference.

Did not appear for estimate as scheduled. Did not attempt to reschedule.

While they did not arrive at the time they had stated, I was called prior and notified that they were having issues with their truck.  Once they did arrive, they quickly counted the number of registers (how the price is determined) called the office with the number and confirmed the actual price for me. It was less than I had prepared myself for, so I was pleased.
We had just purchased our home and do not think the prior owners had ever had the ducts cleaned.  They looked pretty gross and the workers put the system in their top 5 worst.  They used several methods to clean the system and worked for several hours to make sure it was clean.  In addition, they installed the new register covers and cleaned the old ones we were keeping.  They applied a sanitizer when they were finished.
After the ducts, they cleaned our dryer vent.  Good thing!  It was really filled AND we even had a bird's nest in there.
Overall, they were very clean and diligent in their work.

They did an excellent job at a fair price.  Their pricing is fair compared to a few others in this area.  They have high quality equipment.  The workers seem to know exactly what to do and do it fast too.  Their price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are all top quality in this area.  A few of the suppliers of that service don't know what they are doing and they rip off.  I would certainly use them again in the future if need be.

 They arrived on time and spent several hours here.  The workers are friendly and professional.  I could actually smell a difference in the house after the ducts were cleaned.  I will definitely use them again.  After the job is done make sure you replace your furnace filters before turning on the heat.

I liked them. They were very nice and very professional. They put on little booties when they came into the house. I did see a marked difference with the ducts as they did a very good job. It was a very positive experience. They were punctual.

Felix and Hector arrived promptly after giving me a quick phone call (I like to have time to put my huge day away first). They inspected the site, determined what need to be done, brought in all the right equipment, CLIMBED ON THE ROOF! They unclogged the roof vent, vacuumed the duct and then replaced the washer and drier, leaving the job spotless. They also explained that in the winter the vent becomes frozen. To prevent this from happening they advised me to run it empty for about ten extra minutes in the cold weather. Their boss might not appreciate such wise advice, but I sure do and will be glad to recommend them. I would also like to mention that Louis, the lady that answered the phone, called me back immediately with an appointment for the next afternoon. They seem to be very organized.
