"This project was performed at a timely and professional manner all work was completed as agreed on the scope of work, unfortunately a year after customer didn’t like the appearance the sand was giving in the joint lines and decided that I needed to replace it with cement. During the first stage of the job we had explained to the customer that the sand would not hold up in the joints because the joints lines were too big, but the customer insisted to do it anyways. Now the customer wants us to install the cement in the joint lines and is holding us liable for it and we do not provide any service without a charge unless it was our fault in installation or any damage covered under contract. This customer did not want to pay for the service requested and now is looking to defame our business by leaving a review like this."
"Hey Mr. [Member Name Removed], it was a pleasure working on your attic remodeling project and will be looking forward to doing future business with you guys. Thanks"
"Hey, we are very sorry that you had an issue that you had to leave this review. As you know we are a General Contracting company , which means we do some work in house but the majority of the work is subcontracted to qualified and experienced contractors, unfortunately that gentleman was a subcontractor that we used to subcontractor work to, everything in the beggining was great with his work and after a while he wasn’t consistent anymore and after a terrible experience with him we no longer have anything to do with him and his company. If you have any issues or complaints with your project please feel free to contact us at anytime and the problem shall be addressed immediately . We have been around for 20+ years and carry out a good reputation for our work and reliability. Once again out apologies for the inconvenience."
"We were hired for the project, all Materials were purchased and as before we took the job Mr. [Member Name Removed]knew of our busy work schedule and was aware we had other project that needed to be completed before his job was going to begin. As soon as the contract was he started rushing and putting pressure on us to get the project completed right away knowing that we still have to complete projects that’[Member Information Removed] were taken on before his project. But he kept putting pressure on us and we couldn’t leave another customers job in completed to complete his job before there’[Member Information Removed]. So Mr [Member Name Removed]terminated the contract and never let us complete or even start what we were hired to do. So I’m this case these customers don’t understand is that every customer or client to us is the same and is dealt with in the same manner, which is first come first served and we can’t leave anyone project in the middle of completion. He was not understanding and all and his project wasn’t an emergency job that had to be done over night, taking all these terms into consideration he’[Member Information Removed] the one that’[Member Information Removed] screws up the project, and not our company. So stop pointing fingers please. We wouldn’t be around for so long if we weren’t good at what we did our track record proves it."
"Hey, sorry for the inconvenience as you know we didn’t lay down The pavers and we were doing a repair or a patch job. We did power wash the pavers, repair the sink pavers and then sand locked the pavers the right way. As you know everything was fine and you were satisfied with the results that were given to you once we had completed the job, but unfortunately when pavers are usually installed the contractor is supposed to lay down a landscape fabric that prevents weeds from growing out of the joints, as much as the polymeric sand manufacturer lists on there material that the sand prevents from roots and weeds growing it really can’t fully prevent the growth. But as promised I am sending a crew out in a couple of days to try to resolve the matter for you at no extra costs. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience and are looking forward to getting this resolved for you. Thanks"
