He is a nice man, very funny, and does a great job.

Mad Hatter was fast, thorough, neat and tidy. He made some good suggestions on frequency of cleaning and was very professional throughout his visit. I would absolutely hire him again.

They were wonderful. They were very good. I found out that my fireplace didn’t need to be service. They did a good job but there wasn’t really much to do. It’s a good company. They were very, very punctual. I would call them back if I need them.

Bob was fantastic- he was very thorough and honest about the condition of the chimneys- one had to be cleaned while the other one was in good shape.  The pricing for the chimney cap was a little more than I expected, but Bob recommended getting a quality product and I trust him.  Bob also cleaned my gutters.  Look forward to working with Mad Hatter for the years ahead, he earned my future business.

Excellent. Bob is an honest man.  He told me that I didn't need a cleaning. He told me to look for myself.  When I looked up the chimney,it was "clear as day(light)". A previous company (who I should name) said I needed a cleaning for $1,200. I'm glad it forced me to seek out Mad Hatter Chimney Sweeps....Bob really cooled my nerves.  I will definitely use the company to fit my chimney for a cap in the near future. Hats Off to Mad Hatter!

I think they were prompt, he was adequate, I thought he was fair and just fine; nothing bad nothing excellent.

Bob arrived on time as promised. We were concerned about staining on the outside of the house from the chimney, and he told us what the root of the problem was, but that it was purely cosmetic so he put our minds at ease to spend our money on other home improvements for now. He cleaned oil furnace flue and checked out my brand new never used wood burning fireplace in a house we recently moved to. Bob was very professional and offered good advice on how to use what we have. Would highly recommend
