Did a very good job...quick n easy

I get that this time of year they do get busy, but that is still no reason to overbook appointments. I was told that they would be there between 1-4 pm on the scheduled date, but after a phone and 2 returned calls we finally received service after 5:30 pm. It should be considered that we, the customer, have schedules also. But thank you for your professional service and passing on your information to help us keep our systems working properly.

If you can't locate the sceptic cap call your town building dept for a copy of the "as built" schematic for your home. It will save you money and speed the cleaning process.

Work done well and lawn above tank left in good shape.

This was my first experience with Fred A Cook and it was a stress less experience it started with a pleasant response when getting an appointment to the professional work completed

I had to find a new septic company due to my old one being sold off and jacking up prices. After a little searching, I found Fred A. Cook Jr. and I was extremely happy. Professional staff from start to finish. Price was right on point. However, I would have liked if I received a little bit of a break because my tank was practically empty. Definitely recommend this company!

Odie was extremely personable and cleaned the tank completely unlike the last septic tank company I hired.

They did a wonderful job. The drain was clogged and he did a great job, drained all three pipes. Very dedicated!

Got in touch with me immediately, scheduled a date to work around my schedule and the price was super reasonable. They gave me a window between 8 am and 12 PM and they came around 9:15 AM, which was great! The professional was super nice, and found my septic tank easily (even though I didn't know where it was since it was our first year in the house). A+ service and price.

Communication among company personnel and to the customer was disorganized. Requested a receipt and proof of work, did not receive but was charged immediately.

Hi, Everything was overflowing due to a plugged pipe under the house and needed the snake to be runned between house and sceptic tank. I called them at 11.30 am and they came by 5.30 pm. They were very knowledgeable and efficient and they found the issue. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.
