WE NEEDED THEIR HELP AND THEY GAVE IT TO US PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THEY WERE ACCURATE IN THEIR DIAGNOSIS OF THE PROBLEM. THEIR RESPONSE HAS ALWAYS BEEN TO BRING IN THE COMPUTER AND THEY WILL SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS.

IT WAS FINE. THEY GOT THE COMPUTER WORKING. THAT IS ALL I WANTED. IT WAS JUST A FINE EXPERIENCE. IT TOOK THEM A WHILE TO COME TO THE HOUSE AND GET HERE. I THOUGHT THE PROFESSIONALISM WAS FINE.

IT WAS A VERY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, AND HE DID THE JOB THAT HE NEEDED TO DO. HE WARNED ME THAT IT MIGHT NOT FIX EVERYTHING BECAUSE WE HAVE A VERY OLD COMPUTER. I'VE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS DESPITE THE WARNING. I'VE USED HIM BEFORE, AND I'VE BEEN HAPPY BEFORE SO THAT'S WHY I WENT BACK TO HIM. IT WAS FINE BECAUSE I WAS EXPECTING $400 RATHER THAN THE PRICE HE GAVE ME.
