Description of Work: It was very difficult to set up an appointment for them to come out for an initial assessment. When we finally were able to speak to the owner, he was very pleasant and seemed interested in the job. Initially, however, we were told there was a family emergency. A delay in contact was understandable at that time, but then we couldn't get anything but a voicemail for 4 weeks thereafter. After 3 months from the initial contact with this company, they did come to our home and performed 2/3 of the alarm wiring and installation. We have not heard from the company since then which is surprising. They did a good job with the wiring, but the alarm system is still not fully connected and operational. We have experienced such "relaxed" business practices in Catskills with other businesses, but I feel that P N is "too relaxed."

 + -1 moreThey are conveniently located, so that's why I chose them. The panic button is portable. I can wear the panic button or I can keep next to my bed because the alarm cabin is nowhere near my bedroom. If I hear someone breaking into to the cabin, I can press the panic and the alarm goes on. I bought the equipment outright and I pay only for the monitoring fee. They have by far the most reasonable monthly monitoring fee and because they are local, they say that if there is ever an alarm and if I can't be there, they will send somebody out to clear the alarm. They would find what was going on, which was their big selling point. I stay 90-mile from their place. They were very flexible. When they first came, they wanted to sell everything, but the kitchen sink. I said in this particular place, it doesn't make sense to have alarms on the door because the fact is that nobody would come that way. It is far easier to come through the ground floor old windows. My point was that I didn't want to pay for something that was not possibly useful. They were really good about it.
Description of Work: P N Alarm Systems installed a couple of motion centers, an outdoor strobe because I stay in a very isolated area and that would help them to find the place if the alarm goes off, so I had them install a panic button.
