I live in an old house with lots of cracks in the walls. I was impressed with Chris’ method for repairing the walls, and they came out beautifully. Chris had great suggestions and his men were careful and courteous. The wallpaper looks stunning. They did a beautiful job! They will wash the exterior of my house in the spring and hopefully I’ll be able to avoid painting for a while longer. Advantage is my painter from now on!

They were on time very clean and did an excellent job all in one day. They hung plastic to keep the spackle dust out of the adjacent rooms.

My Home needed interior and exterior painting done. My home has high ceilings and needed patching and sanding before they started painting. The crew covered all the floors and misc stuff that needed to be protected thru out the entire job inside and out. The prep and painting was very well done and we couldn't be happier. The painter was subcontracted to by my contractor, Elite Kitchen and Bath, so I paid the contractor directly. He charged me about $7000.00 for the relatively small jobs and charged another $2000.00 for materials. The basement consisted of walls and trim, the kitchen had just a small amount of wall space, a little trim and ceiling. The laundry room had a small area of wall and ceiling. Outside painting involved entrance door, storm door, garage door, and a few pieces of trim which were replaced due to rot. The only materials could have been paint, and at $2000. it would have amounted to about forty gallons. If four or five gallons were needed it would be a lot. The paint job inside is sloppy and unprofessional. No sanding or filling in of irregularities was done. The guys simply slapped a coat of paint on everything, including those areas which needed some spackling and sanding. The contractor's comment when I complained was that they were there to paint, not "repair". Well, wrong. A good painter, especially when you are paying a premium for a job, does the spackling and sanding prior to painting, or why bother painting at all? They also got paint on the floors, doorknobs, window handles, window screens and/or glass, and more. I am still scraping paint after a few months past the job. There are a few areas on the ceiling in the kitchen which were not painted, and you can see where they missed those spots. The little bit of trim and a couple of doors outside were okay, although they did get some brown paint on my white trim. When I put a call into the painter ( three times) and left a message asking for the color and brand of the ceiling paint used, I was ignored. No response. I have had many painters over the years, and a few of them might not have been as professional as others, but this one wins the gold ring for the worst I could imagine.

Chris and team were absolutely fabulous. Meticulous painters who take pride and care in the work product. Offered ideas/opinions when we requested and was always thoughtful. They were always on time and showed up as planned. They maintained a clean work area and made sure all was tidy before leaving the house. Pricing was competitive and fair.
