"We never did any work for this customer, Angie's list is based on work done! We experienced great back logs trying to help customers effected by hurricane Sandy whose homes were destroyed due to the storm. We provide FREE estimates, however due to the volume of people who needed our services from the storm we missed a few estimates trying to help others. After the follow up call they made, we never heard from them again. We are just now finishing up the storm rebuilds with many people very happy with our services and back in their homes. This is a ridicules non review!"
"We were not given any opportunity to correct the alleged problems listed by this customer, if fact viewing the Angie's list comments was the first time we became aware of these problems. I find it somewhat puzzeling that this customer asked us to do some additional interior work in their home when we were building an addition for a neighbor last year without mention of any of the complaints listed above. This project was staffed with an experienced project manager, we take exception to the statement that the oversight was poor.We take great pride in our customer service, however we must be made aware of any issues our our customers have."
