His crew was extremely neat and were here on time each morning. The job was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
We had previously used Pat to renovate our home and would use him again. We plan on having him come back to replace a stone retaining wall and reconfigure some other hardscape in the front of the house. We highly recommend Pat and his team.
All employees were thoughtful, diligent, clean, polite, timely, and the job was finished in a dedicated and professional manner.
I have already recommended the firm to several friends for work to be done in the future.
I will use the firm again for any work I have to do on my home in the future.
"We were not given any opportunity to correct the alleged problems listed by this customer, if fact viewing the Angie's list comments was the first time we became aware of these problems. I find it somewhat puzzeling that this customer asked us to do some additional interior work in their home when we were building an addition for a neighbor last year without mention of any of the complaints listed above. This project was staffed with an experienced project manager, we take exception to the statement that the oversight was poor.We take great pride in our customer service, however we must be made aware of any issues our our customers have."
His work crews were courteous, professional and work endlessly to get the job done. In fact, i would say that their expectations for the work product exceeded mine. That is, they were never satisfied until it was done to their very exacting standards. Pat, the owner, was always stopping in to talk to us, check in on progress and make sure that the work was done to his satisfaction. In fact, there was an incident where Pat was not pleased with something even though it was what the kitchen designer had ordered. He counseled us on a better way to proceed and made the changes at his own cost. Having worked with him and his team twice now, I can say that he has completely redefined what one can expect from a contractor. Not only was the work excellent, we also found his office staff to be helpful, responsive and efficient.
DOs:
- Use him! I know it must sound like I am a family member but I am not. Just a very satisfied customer.
DONTs:
- Shop for a cheaper deal. Yes, his quote was slightly higher than others. However, not only does the quality of his work warrant the extra investment, he also stays within budget --even at his own expense. As I said, for both jobs, there were no up-charges snuck in at any time. As always, you get what you pay for.
