arrived on time, did their job in somewhat of a challenging scenario but all came out well in the end. Painting is my least
favorite job to get done but it was as painless as possible. would not hesitate to use them again if I ever need painting again which I am hoping I never do.

Interior - The crew arrived on time and on the day scheduled and painted 8 interior doors and trim. They finished in one day and while the painting quality was good, the clean-up left a little to be desired. We found paint splatters for a week or so afterwards and where paint was wiped up there was a dull white finish. We were able to clean everything so there was no lasting effects.
Before the second crew came back to work on the exterior columns, I spoke with Skip to express my dissatisfaction about the clean up on the interior work. I also emphasized that 3 of the exterior columns were on or adjacent to a new composite deck and there could be no splatters or spills this time around. Skip listened to my concerns and made it a point to insure his crew took extra precautions to make sure there was not a repeat.
Exterior - Again, the crew arrived on time and on the day scheduled. It two days to complete the job and the crew took great pains to make sure our new deck was not impacted in any way.
I would use CertaPro again.

As if that was not enough, they spilled a large amount of paint on our Cambridge patio. They informed me they would clean it, what they did was basically hose off the patio, leaving a stain.
While they have do have drop cloths - they don't really use them. We now have gray paint stains on our patio furniture, central air unit, and patio.

Can set up appointments electronically and the owner is a rapid responder to email.
The in-home color counselling is a wonderful service addition; together we had it figured out in a half hour (3 colors/same family) - sure beats the overwhelming array of paint store chips.
The painting teams were professional, personable, courteous and, as one would expect, highly skilled. The spackling (there was a lot of repair needed) was expertly done and the painting was perfect. The job began as promised and finished on time. The owner stopped by to check on progress on the last day.
I don't think I'll ever do my own painting again. Lesson learned - if you want it done right the first time, use a pro.
