I asked if they could give me a loaner car and fix it. They simply said yes, without any reservation! Turns out it was my drive-train. I explained to them I had a doctor’s appointment on Thursday and could not pick it up until Saturday. I was assured that some way or another we would work this out. They loaned me a brand new car! It had only three miles on it. They could not be any nicer! They answered all my questions with no problems!

They are good to deal with and they are professional. I will continue to use them.

All of my experiences w/ them were positive. Waiting area is neat and clean, w/ coffee maker and up-to-date magazines for both men and women (Car and Driver, Field and Stream, as well as Good Housekeeping, Family Circle, as well as ones like Time, and at that time, Newsweek). The work was usually completed at about the time they said it would be, and if some problem delayed it, the service manager came out and discussed it with the customer.

I have used them in the past and I recommend them. They are average; your typical dealer.

I spent a couple of hundred on that service. My interaction with them was fine. It was a good service and they were pleasant. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me something. It is a distance from where I live and this is the most convenient place and I just use them for regular service and oil change.
