Initial service charge of $79 was great and the technician was great but when it came down to a simple fix, replacing a flame sensor which is a 5 minute job they wanted to charge $654 what a rip off they should be ashamed of themselves for such a business tactic. I warn everyone steer clear of this company.

Electrician Rob Cunningham conducted an electrical evaluation on my house and recommended an electrical panel tune up because it was dirty and some of the wires were loose and he also recommended installing a Gfcl (not sure I'm spelling it right) outlet to protect the washing machine. I took his advice. He completed both jobs in a timely manner and gave me a 10% discount. I feel my house is safer thanks to Rob and NH Ross. The company put in my Combi heating system which has been working very well.
