Mr. Vincent T came over for the repairs/services, he came on time, he knew his job, He was explanatory and easy to deal or get along with. I have a brown new hardwood which I keep in mint condition, Vincent had a clean soft clothing material cover for his work shoes with a view of not dirtying my floor. I appreciate that show of respect for other properties he displayed. N. H. Ross has always had great technicians and has had great experiences with them.

Very professional. Affordable. Zach removed my 12 year old gas hot water tank and installed a new system. He worked diligently, answered all my questions, and afterward went over everything. The work was done well, and all was left clean, and neat. Great customer service and all done the same day I called. I will definitely call this company again.

The woman who setup all the arrangement for the work on the central air conditioner was very helpful and extremely polite.

Vincent, the technician, arrived wearing a mask (pandemic times), observed social distancing, and was skillful and quick at performing the job. He took the time to explain the new thermostats to me and set them for me after I requested it. He cleaned up, left no mess. NH Ross installed my new boiler which is working great!

The very unreasonable charge for clearing a stoppage in the bathroom sink. I paid $490 and the serviceman scratched my porcelain sink and told me it was dirt. He used a wired snake without protecting the sink. He further told m to Home Depot to get a porcelain cleaner. For $490 dollars I should not have to correct his mistakes. Very, Very disappointed about the lie.

The workers are polite and professional. They completed my project on time as promised. Will definitely use them again. Quality work. They are a 10.
