The owner Bob from Draino Sewer Cleaning called me within minutes of my request through the HomeAdvisor app. He dispatched his best plumber within 90 minutes on a late Thursday afternoon. I received a thorough evaluation of my sewer drain clog and an estimation of the cost. They were quick and provided me with a spotless cleanup at no extra charge. They were certified to do work in my Inc. Village of Freeport. I'm not using anyone else for my future plumbing needs.

Their pricing was in the middle of the four estimates I received. They were professional and used a heavy duty electric snake to clear the clogged drain in my home, unlike the $68 drain clog company I hired two weeks prior to the re-occurance. The only issue I had was they arrived almost 3 hours later than the original time estimate. I'm very pleased with the work they performed!

They arrived when they said they would and completed the job quickly!! Very fair price for the job they did with a smile on their faces. Very good with my 2 dogs too!! Would recommend and will absolutely use again!!!

tt con: The response was immediate. He showed up in a short period of time. The worker was pleasant, patient, and professional. He put in a long time to make sure that the project was completed. He brought a heavy machine into the kitchen to try and drain the clog. He brought in a heavier machine and cleared the main line in the basement. He cleared the mainline from top to bottom. It was professional from when the administrator dispatched it to the professional to the worker himself.

He called me back the very same day and answered all my questions. I had to have my sewer lined cleaned out and Rob was quick and efficient.

Rob called back within 10 minutes, found out that it was an emergency and came within 1/2 hour. He is a true professional who knew exactly where to go in a crawl to clear out the problem. He then checked 2 of the other drains in the house said that he did NOT want to take our money since they were fine. Charged us a reasonable price of $175. Will hire them again and now have an honest plumber to call in the future.

Rudy was nice and knowledgeable. He resolved the problem quickly. Prices are good. I will definitely use them again.

Rob did a great job clearing a washing machine drain in my Levittown home. Called root rooter they came gave me an estimate of $500, I told the good bye. I love home adviser. Called Drano spoke to Bon and he knew excatly what my problem was, he came cleared clog for$120 . At his is smart man, he knows what he is doing. I will never call another company but Drano ifor future needs. Thank you rob!
