They got the job done. They were relatively quick about it. The only problem I had is they said they were sending us a bill over email and it took a long time to get it. They said they sent it but we never got it. Otherwise it was quick and easy.

I was very satisfied with them in the past. I didn't use them this time for garage door as their price was double than the company whom I went with. They happened to be an excellent company. They happened to be a top company. I would use them in the future if their price is competitive.

They are very service-oriented. The guy is very prompt and has returned calls. He is very easy to talk to and professional. Right now we feel really comfortable with them but we haven't seen the work yet. Work Completed.. AWESOME JOB... Paul was very easy to get in touch with throught the process. The guys did a great job with the work and cleaned up nicely when finished.

We got a few quotes on redoing the roof. We choose Total Home because we price one of the lower ones and their representative was professional and knew his stuff. No problems leading up to the job. Work was well done and we got what we paid for. However, the work crew that came to our house spoke very little English so when my wife asked them a few questions they just stared at her. After the job we had asked for a recipt for the work so we could submit it to our Insurace company. The representative insisted that he emailed it to us, but we have not received it. We confirmed our emails with him twice.

We got estimates from several companies and decided to go with Total Home shortly after meeting with George. I did not feel like he was trying to "sell" me, he laid out the options and was willing to work with our budget and of course you get what you pay for. We ended up getting the Master Elite roof and the Preservation Integra siding and I could not be happier. George and his crew were very professional and courteous. They did not leave any mess at all and were not intrusive in the least. They have completely transformed my home, I am finally happy to come home and pull in my driveway at night.

They tore off the old siding and replaced it with regular siding. I got a storm door and a regular front door. The siding job costed $13000 and the doors costed $2500. They finished the job yesterday. I was very satisfied with the job they did. There were a couple of bumps while doing the job but I think that could have happened with any company. They ended up coming back any time I asked them. Their responsiveness was very good. Whenever I called them, they usually sent someone to look at the problem. They usually corrected it. They gladly replaced some stuff even though they did not have to. They have always been on time. Overall, I was very satisfied with them.

IT ONLY TOOK THEM ONE DAY TO REPLACE THE BEAMS AND REDO THE DECK. THEY DID A CLEAN, NEAT, AND PROFESSIONAL JOB. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME OF THE FINISHED PROJECT.
