"[Member Name Removed] , in 21 plus years in the industry I have never had a complaint or bad review. The chimney company you hired and myself have offered multiple times to water test roof and chimney to find where water may be coming in over six weeks ago . You refused us access to do this . I have offered several times to remove all the roofing around the chimney and redo the area . You refused . The large amount of plywood that you speak of is less then 4 square feet under your chimney that could not be replaced because of the chimney itself . The chimney itself is sitting on new plywood and what couldn’t be changed has no bearing on what’s going on . As for the sheetrock that was damaged, the same sheet had water damage from leaks that were there before we stepped foot on your property. I had offered to either pay for a patch or a portion of replacing the entire sheet with spackle and paint . I had contacted a painter to do the work and worked out with your wife each of our portions to pay . She contacted me a few days later to say that the chimney guys you had hired had damaged the roof and you had found someone else to replace the Sheetrock. I sent over one of my workers the next day to replace the shingles the chimney company damaged and let your wife know that the service charge for sending worked out to do the repair was more than my portion of Sheetrock repair but would be fine with calling it a wash . I was warned by the solar company who installed your solar not to work for you and wish I had listened to them . I saw it when you asked me to tell them that all the leaks you had in your old roof were caused by them even if I felt they weren’t. I saw it during the job when if we found any damage you wanted me to say it was because of the solar company so they would have to pay . I have offered and will continue to offer to come find where water may be coming in . Unfortunately you have denied me access to do so and resort to posting my only bad review ever ."
