I was approached by Power Home Remodeling while shopping in BJ's. The young man who approached me was very friendly and he was not over bearing. I signed up to get an estimate since I needed to have several things updated at my home. The initial meeting is a bit lengthy depending on how many projects you discuss. However, they are very thorough in their presentation. I had Chris Waters as my remodeling home consultant. He was very personable, and he gave a well detailed explanation of the products. He answered all of my questions and he was very patient. Chris walked me through the process and accurately told me what to expect. As everything seems to be going according to plan. I would give at least one recommendation. Please just make sure to check with the company to ensure that they have enough room to complete the job. The homes are very close to one another where I live. The company made sure to let me know that my car can not be in the driveway. However, our homes are so close together that they also would need access to my neighbors driveway as well. This was not communicated and therefore when it came time to replace my roof the job had to be cancelled because my neighbors car was in the driveway. Unfortunately, they were on vacation and the car could not be moved for the remainder of the week. This definitely was an inconvenience as I had already taken the day off and I also had to change the date of the insulation as well causing some inconvenience.

It was expensive. The work went well. They did have a problem with my dormer in the front. They didn't put it in the same way as the rest of the roof. It looks a little shoddy. Their responsiveness was good. I would not use them again.

I needed Windows and gutters, which I had put off and put off. When Power Home Remodeling was visiting my neighborhood, Mike their representiive introduced himself after noticing my bad kitchen window and broken gutter. His introduction and explanation of his company was clear and I became interested. He scheduled a free estimated and demonstration with Eric Heyanka. Eric was very informative and his presentation was an education for me. Afterwards and without pressure, I decided to move forward with the agreed job. Lastly I met (still in my home) with another Mike who finalized all the measurements and answered any remaking questions for me. Today the work is being done by Charlie (Windows) and gutters By Sofiane and Eric (gutters). They all have done a great job. The job's Quality Manager, Jeff, had come to do his part and like everyone I have met is down to earth and informative. And we are working on the next project I can plan. I want to thank them all for their time, knowledge and work. Much appreciated to find them.

We had a quote for new windows from Robert Riedel. This young man was very presentable and knowledgeable, he explained what would be done, and the quality of the work and product that would be used. We were very impressed with him. We were unable to have the work done now but in the future, if we decide to do the work, we would absolutely call this young man back. I would recommend him to anyone. I am sure his company Power Home Remodeling must be happy to have reps. like him.

From the salesman, Peter, who was amazing, answered all of our questions and made us very comfortable, great personality; John the inspector, who was also amazing, also answered additional questions and was on point with Peter and the installers, Igor and his crew, they were very clean, efficient and fast. Very great experience. I will be contacting them next year to install my living room Bay Window!

Jesse Grimm was the salesperson, and as a former salesperson, I can say he did a great job explaining their products. Danny and the installers obviously worked together for a long time because they were like clockwork. They cleaned up and everything in only a few hours. We would definitely use Power again for any other work we need.

Over the past year, I have replaced everything I could on the house with Power Home Remodeling.  I couldn't be more pleased with the overall company. Everyone is very helpful and easy to work with. every product is of the highest quality and installed by well-trained installers. This house will be passed down from generation to generation and Power will have the family covered for years to come.

we cannot say enough great things about power home remodeling.  They were so friendly when they knocked on our door. Kevin Johnson came out and gave us such an excellent presentation. He really build value on the whole product and even had an actual full size window to show us what it would look like. Ultimately, we chose power because of Kevin. He brought a lot of trust with us and it was very fun in the house.

Initially met the Power Home Remodeling (PHR) team about 4 years ago about the cost of replacing our roof since it was deteriorating year after year and it had already been 20 years since last replaced.  We knew we would need a new roof but needed to get some quotes and even with the aggressive sales person we wanted more quotes.  We got more quotes and others were cheaper but their process was not the same and quality didn't seem the same as PHR.  I grew up under the mindset of you get what you pay for and there is enough people in this area that will do the job for significantly cheaper.

This year people came back into my neighborhood and I listened to them again and after typical sales person trying to make a sales I decided because it was right for me not because I was pressured but because I was ready.  I negotiated the price down to where we could make a deal that was acceptable to both sides.  

Process was long but roofing is a big investment.  PHR was very thorough in measurements in their follow up and explanation of what was going to happen also.  The first of three projects was the roof with the material being delivered as promised to my house the day before all wrapped and protected from the weather.  This morning April 5, 2017 started off early as planned and confirmed the day before at 7am.  Alberto's team was here on time and they got right to work ensuring all the material was here and correct and then setting up the house cover area right away.  We had all our roof plywood replaced and the Power Roofing System.  We are also getting insulation and gutters but on different days.  
The team was kind, fast, very clean and was very hard working.  Every time I checked in on them they were hard working.  Alberto's team was definitely a hard working team and I would recommend them again to anyone.  They cleaned up well with a piece or two left in the yard but that is acceptable to me because perfection is not what I expect but things were returned if it was moved etc.  

They are not the cheapest but the quality of the product they use and quality of their workmanship is definitely worth the little extra cost and for me that is what is important.  Thank you for taking great care of my home today PHR and look forward to the other two projects to be great quality work also over the next week or two.

I had and amazing experience with our home remodeling. They replaced my roof after years of neglect. I had a few weeks and were missing a few shingles after every storm but it kept turning a blind eye. It's very nice gentleman named Tim Christian came out and inspected my roof. He gave us a great price and we were very impressed with his demonstration. The roof looks great.

 We chose power home remodeling group to replace a few windows in our house. We were not necessarily in the market to replace them, but with the spring coming, we wanted to be able to open the windows and have screens. Brian McCarthy came out and gave us our presentation. It was definitely a long winded and took a lot of time. He gave us a lot of different options on which when history place and what styles to use. He was not pushy at all but rather just  wanted to help us get something done. The whole process from the first knock on the door all the way up until the follow-up review after the install was a seamless as could be. We highly recommend Power.
