They where very professional from estimating to the finished job.When I sat down to receive my estimate i thought OK here comes the price for this service. To my surprise it was much less than I expected.

I want to review a contractor, recommended by Home Advisor, whose services and workmanship was highly unsatisfactory. I give this contractor a poor review for customer service and quality of work. This contractor Gulf2Bay soft-wash, was hired to power wash, sand, and seal my deck and balusters. Service was done last July. They promised it would be completed in a few days with 3 men on job. One man was sent, and between his pace and weather delays, it took about a month to complete. The deck started peeling last November, 4 months after completion and is now down to bare wood. Contractor said he would only apply stain if we supply product. This is totally unacceptable and they should stand by their workmanship and provide timely and efficient services to their customers. In the past we've sealed the deck ourselves and never had peeling after 4 months or even 4 years for that matter. Gulf2Bay was hired base on home advisor reviews for them. Please incorporate this review in the home advisor review directory for this contractor.

The guys were professional and thorough. They did an excellent job and were careful not to damage anything. I did not give customer service the highest rating because after I agreed to delay the scheduled job for a few days, the team came hours later than promised on the newly scheduled date. I wasted most of my day waiting for them. But in the end I m very pleased with the results.

David and Maria were timely and courteous and completely professional, from the quote process through setting up the appointment. Marco and the crew were on time, explained everything, and went above and beyond our expectations! The house, gutters, patio, walkways, deck, and all our lattice look like new again. We would definitely hire them again.

Dave and his crew did a wonderful job not only powerwashing our driveway, steps and patio but they did softwashing on our siding and fences. Professional, pleasant and focused. Definitely would use again and have already referred to a friend.
