Auto Sales
We traded in my leased Suzuki and bought a new 2011 Suzuki. They claim they mail the paperwork but we never received it. By the time we did our loan was for over $5,500.00 more in warrantees which was an extra $100.00 a month in car payments. We never authorized or purchased any warrantess. over a year and many phone calls and visits from our attorney we finally received some of the money back. When you call the main corporate headquarters in California they claim they have no control over individual dealerships and would not help.
I am so sorry that I did not just keep my other Suzuki which was in perfect condition
No wonder they are going out of business. Had I looked up this dealership with the BBB I would have found they have many complaints and not one was answered from the dealership so the claims were closed due to lack of reply.
